And the hail marys just keep coming. Of course, those communications are privledged and even Judge Cannone knows her ruling would be succesfully appealed in a hot minute if she allowed it. Wild stuff though.
There’s a crime/fraud exception -

I think Hank is gonna win this one!

This is a commonwealth motion. I'm asking for an actual news source showing she killed a man, laughed about it, and exactly how you KNOW that she spent day x to day y "concocting a story"
She said as much - IMO she’s in deep doo doo

Do you have a link for that "crime/fraud exception"?

<modsnip - quoted psot was removed>

You do really see you can't jump into an ongoing trial with sooooo many direct and clear and called out biases by the judge and the others involved. They are ALL connected through family or h.s. buddies. So much to see and learn about the people in that house, the why's, the relationships, the caught out lies and covering. The corruption has been shown, and the lead investigator, did not. He is fired from the STATE POLICE for his 'involvement' and behavior in this. THEIR buddy, in their town. Wife of one of the people IN that house texted him that she was going to give him a gift for what he had done. Very concerned about covering up the timeline of where he son was, he had prior big problems in his life due to violent behavior. So, to start from the beginning, takes a long time, tune in to a million nuances, facts and ridiculous 'testimonies' and illegal behavior of HIggins for one. Lots to research and more to come. When the FBI decides to get involved to a point, where they could, well then. SURE, the first news that came out, it did seem the way it has been shown it was not, and why. Didn't become the simple, ohhh, next day with what went on with certain person, connected heavily with ALBERTS, Jen McCabe, (wife of husband who said just tell them the guy never came in the house) SISTER i law of ALBERT, once she decided to say, KR said I hit him. They took it and ran. This is how they all roll. <modsnip>

A Man is Dead was a statement of fact

I am not understanding your confusion

She did LAUGH & exhibited zero empathy for the witnesses she’s pointing the finger at that are being harassed.

Read the motion -

Yes @HarmonyE. …. IANAL ….. but isn’t there that little thing called ‘attorney client privilege’?

And wonder what those with knowledge on the subject think of the new prosecutor’s request for such?

Watching with interest to what the judge (and court) does with that motion. MOO
Desparation

All good and understood - I am undecided as to her guilt at this point. Thanks for replying.

I view it like this…
Human beings are not que balls.
They can be positioned in an infinite number of ways, with varying weight distribution. And can be hit by a vehicle in a million different ways,
It’s impossible to know exactly and therefore the best anyone can do is “likelihood”
Every accident is different.

That is not how the law works, the law is beyond a reasonable doubt. There is definitely reasonable doubt that she hit him with her car.

I didn't watch id or those interviews but could it be related to "defense strategy". Was there mention of that in the media?
Yes, she made lots of comments bragging about communicating with that turtle guy and harassing witnesses
She said, they shouldn’t be witnesses - they should be suspects.

Theres also the issue when she went from it was an accident with zero intent - to the circus in the three days after being charged

I think Brennan is getting his marching orders directly from Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey who is probably feeling a bit desperate after the Proctor firing.

ok, then it's no as far as KR having said anything about defense strategy

"Can someone tell me how many people conspired and would have to be lying if the victim was killed inside the house and subsequently placed outside?"......More than 12

I doubt that is anywhere close to the truth of how many had to have known.

Yes there were many people in the house.

But we don't know who (if anyone) would have met him at the door. We don't know who (if anyone) would have been able to see people enter. We don't know who (if anyone) was sober enough to notice or remember much of anything.

IIRC there was someone who witnessed someone at the door or entering at some point, but couldn't say who it was. And that person apparently never knew who that was.

A person would have had to mingle in the party, in order to ensure many people would have had to know of his presence (or not). But there is access to detour straight to the basement at the front door, before coming further into the home. A person who went that route for whatever reason could have been seen by almost no one, maybe only 1 or 2 people.

The cw certainly wants us to think that JO could not have been in the house, but it's as likely that happened (in a way in which he was not noticed - or some people did see him but CLAIMED he wasn't there) - as the idea that all these people left the house and didn't see his body on the lawn as they left. That is what's hard to buy.

Because she hit him. It’s really that simple
IMO

Didn’t she say, her lawyer advised her to communicate with turtle through a third party ?

That sounds like a strategy to tamper with and harass witnesses

IMO

Snipping to highlight this comment.

It was Brian Higgins who testified at the federal grand jury that he saw a tall, dark haired man enter the house at Fairview. He was asked about this at the trial itself and admitted this was true. The only other man who could have entered the house when Higgins was there would have been there was Matt McCabe, and he and Jen were both there before Higgins entered. So that only leaves John O'Keefe.
