Judge Beverly Cannone said she determined that defense attorneys deliberately misled her about their relationship with two expert witnesses who testified at the first trial. The defense presented those witnesses as independent but later admitted to paying them after the first trial ended in a hung jury.

Just a blatant show of bias! It's incredible this is allowed to happen. The world is watching this crapshow and this so called judge's integrity needs to be investigated!!!

In addition to the interruptions, I typically listen to the proceedings at the office wearing headphones and I can attest to BC's heavy breathing, sighs, etc., nearly every time the defense is up! And this does not occur when the CW speaks. I've never experienced this before. It's so obvious that I can't believe BC has not been made aware of this and does it anyway. I'm also shocked that she's so often unprepared for these hearings. Seriously, she set the trial date herself for Tuesday!

now brennan is trying to keep TB out of the courtroom. He can't take the heat of the truth of this trial being reported. TB's attorney has already stated that TB would take the 5th so no need to "POSSIBLY"call him as a potential witness and keep him out of the courtroom. The bias never stops. JMOO

Looking at the autopsy photos of his arm, there is no way that those marks are from a broken tail light. They could have easily picked up the pieces of broken tail light to see if they remotely even line up to the wounds on his arm. These are German Shepherd claw marks. I'm thinking a fist fight broke out in the house, the dog alerted and got involved trying to protect. JK probably fell and hit his head and then the lawmen at the party came up with the scheme of how to blame it on KR. What if John who we know was majorly drunk, started making passes at one of the wives at the party? Maybe it caused a fight that turned fatal?. Jennifer McCabe sure seemed to call him a lot. Jealous husband? Also, all the butt dials from3 people at the party and at the same time? Also the gash on the back of John's head- where is the rock with blood that cause it? This should have been collected to see if it matched the wound. The story leaves one with many doubts.

Assuming the house was the scene a fight the fact that it was not searched answers the question as to why there was no evidence of anything. Also, I don't have any reason to suspect JO was making passes at other women, but that is just my belief. JMOO

She is very animated IMO, twisting side to side and back and forth in her chair and when she talks it's as if she is really inconvenienced to be there. Massachusetts should be ashamed of this whole thing

Just hope we don't have a repeat of last year's a/c problems. Witnesses had to practically shout to be heard over the noise the a/c made. Then the Judge decided to just turn off the a/c during certain witnesses...it was unreal to this Florida girl!
