This is why I think there "might" be a bigger story.

JOK was working on registering sex offenders? What else? My mind wonders....just seems a little weird to me how Jen, BH and maybe CA wanted John to go over to the Albert's home.
And BH left very quickly but did not get to office till 1:30am. Where did he go? Or did it take him over an hour to get there because of the weather. Maybe.

Just so many loose ends. And the buttdials....for me it's equals reasonable doubt.

So, the Celebrite guy, under cross states that the phone locked for the final time at 12:32:09, by the side button being pressed. Then 7 seconds after the phone locked, the health data shows at 12:32:16, 7 seconds after the phone locked, there were 36 steps taken in 25 meters or 84 feet. 84 feet! So, it's not looking as if he stepped out of the car and immediately got hit by a vehicle.

It think Dr Wolfe held his own quite well. He was not intimidated at all because he had the truth. Allessi did a great job on cross too. I like it how Wolfe made sure to relay how they were in close contact with the Justice Department during the trial. I also liked how he made it clear that the CW could have had them testify just like the defense and that they would have received the same notes, as well as the same testimony.

Well what stands out about that to me is they said he would have been incapacitated immediately after getting the head injury. But all those steps of 84 feet and him being found off of the road ... he couldn't have fallen on the road if he was on the lawn. I need to have that explained.

I think Wolfe did a great job today. I am very impressed with him overall and Brennan came across to me as unhinged and desperate in his questioning (attacking?) of him. It was very disheartening to hear that Wolfe and his family (even his children!!) have been subjected to harassment. There is absolutely no excuse for that. IMO

I just watched that now. What a shame that he and his family were getting harassed with hateful comments and people posting photos of his kids. The bullies running scared of the truth.

For the record and to post factual information which gets lost in this case:

-- April 2022, KerR testified in front of the grand jury… there was no 2:27 search.

-- The search wouldn't be "found" until March2023 when Richard Green misinterpreted data and assumed the timestamp was related to the search. The timestamp was instead related to the tab.

-- There would be zero reason for KerR to purposefully lie about KR asking JMc to search for hypothermia or how long it would take to die in the cold. Credit@JulieCar94

I don't see it that way. I see it more like Brennan is grasping at anything to not have them testify or provide a report because he knows he won't have enough time to prepare for it. It's unfortunate that Brennan seems desperate. There's nothing that was brought up that wasn't truthfully explained by Dr Wolfe IMO. No conspiracy. No colluding. He knew he testified falsely.
He decided not to inform the court and correct his testimony.
He did decide to tell the defense, who also didn’t bother to correct the record.

So even if it was accidentally, the intentional decision to let it stand = perjury.

In the first trial, ARCCA explained the "actual physics & science" to the jury in language that was easy to understand, at least for anyone that graduated kindergarten.
They explained that JOK wasn't hit by a vehicle and that KR's SUV didn't strike a person.

JOK's body was not projected any discernable distance from an impact with a vehicle. Looking for ANY possible method that fits the narrative of KR causing JOK's death is not how evidenced-based accident investigation

Karen Read was at John Okeefe's house at 12:36 a.m. so she couldn't have been at the fairview house at 12:45 a.m.

Yannetti says no one could have seen Read outside 34 Fairview Rd at 12:45am, including Jen McCabe. Guarino agrees, says Read connected to O'Keefe's home wifi at 12:36 a.m.

Yeah, I would agree. There is a good chance that pre-collision did kick in, dropping speed.
