This below, plus the fact that he didn't move (iPhone data) from 12:45 AM until he was found, seems to be a slam dunk for the prosecution. The Google search forensics should be easy to confirm by some Apple/Google engineers. It seems like this case is being made to appear harder than it is to reach a conclusion.
"The SUV was put into reverse, with the accelerator pressed 74% down, reaching a speed of 24.2 mph over approximately 62.5 feet, followed by a sudden drop to 23.6 mph and a jostling of the steering wheel. Paul asserted this was “consistent with a pedestrian strike,” aligning with O’Keefe’s injuries (e.g., lacerations, head trauma). The timing was estimated at 12:45 a.m."
He was struck by a Lexus LX 570 moving at 24 MPH in reverse...exactly when his iPhone shows all his movement stops.
IMO, the only question is: was this an accident or deliberate?
