I find it absolutely fascinating how people can be watching the exactly same testimony and come away with completely different opinions.

Now, that would be something, considering there was never any video from the night of JOK's death, IIRC.

Totally agree, it’s fascinating how perception splits. I think a big part of that is because there’s just no hard physical evidence in the car tying her to what they’re alleging. So people end up leaning more on vibes and interpretation than actual proof. MOO.

I'm thinking both
Good on the stand, great at his job, doesn't loose his temper or train of thought.
Unlike Whiffin who has sort-of crumbled.

The neighbor who was a Canton PD officer (I don’t remember if he was retired or current) told KR’s private investigator that there was nothing picked up on the ring cam. Lots of differing opinions on whether the ring cam would have captured anything. AFAIK, neither the defense nor CW tried to get the video, although I could be wrong.

The library video, on the other hand, is much more sketchy. Two minutes of the video were ‘missing’ when turned over to the defense. The CW insists that they did not alter it in any way, which begs the question of why that data at that particular time is gone…

ETA: I guess I should say ‘any possible video’ regarding the ring cam, since in threads 19/20, there was some disagreement on whether the ring would have been filming at all that night.

I'm beyond baffled by the contradictions here—how the CW are essentially getting away with certain actions, while the defense is being crucified for doing the same. I can't think of another case that compares to these antics. Jmo.
