it's easy..they let the dog out..the dog found John and was trying to make him get up and clawing his arm. no one knew what happened to John or what the dog found outside..they were all drunk.
you know most cops will tell you they would rather deal with a methed out out crackhead on steroids and angel dust than deal with a drunk. This whole thing is like a bar room brawl where no one can figure out the details because they were DRUNK. I think they need to focus on the head injury and proving he didn't just slip and fall down and hit his head with two drinks in his hands, his girlfriend peeling out in a rage and a house full of oblivious drunk people, mOO

But BA testified he watched Chloe from the kitchen door all the time Chloe was in the backyard. He also said because the yard was fenced, the dog was only in the backyard. So John would have been in the back yard for your scenario to happen?

I'm not sure how much weight one can place on the words of a seasoned cop who hid inside his house for hours while this catastrophe unfolded on his front lawn.

Yes, it is shocking. But it didn't start with Turtle Boy. It was engineered by Karen. She worked through an intermediary and then directly with Turtle Boy to spark a PR campaign, contrary to the judge's orders. I don't know how well known Aidan Kearney was before this, but he's definitely a household name in this region now. When Kearney got nonpublic documents over the transom from Karen's intermediary, he began sharing them on his blog. Howie Carr picked it up and featured Turtle Boy on his daily radio show. Carr has a big platform. Karen's allegations of a grand conspiracy became engrained as fact to Carr's audience.

This simply isn’t true. The people in Canton were well aware and questioning the facts well before TB ever even caught wind of the story and none knew Karen Read herself so it wasn’t that. I agree TB inflamed matters and brought attention to it on a wider scale but you are wrong that the issues weren’t already simmering and bound to bubble over at some point. He just lit a match that would’ve been lit anyhow.

Personally, I think they bonded over their dislike of Karen.

It seemed as if one of the issues between John and Karen was that she spoiled the kids. Did Kerry or Jen point this issue out to John? I don't think either woman liked Karen. And why did they have to mimic Karen's hysteria over and over again. No compassion.

Honestly I think a large issue here is Karen's personal success. She didn't have to rely on any man and she had no kids of her own. I think jealousy plays a role in their dislike, and I think every woman in this scenario liked John a lil toooo much

Exactly! I am certain Chloe had to go out more than once that night. And I don't believe for a moment he stood there and watched her the entire time. And I don't believe that dog was in the bedroom when Jenn stood over the bed staring at the two of them "sound asleep" for "a minute or two".

Chloe must have been sound asleep too? Right next to their bed, as testified by BA.
