Reporter Steve Cooper: You didn’t do it?
KR: We know who did it, Steve. We know… we know who spearheaded this cover-up. You all know.
AJ: "And no she didn’t do it”

KR: I tried to save his life, I was covered in his blood, I was the Only one trying to save his life.

The cop asks her to go into the home but gave NO directive as to why she should go into the house?

She stood over their bed for "a minute or two" because it occurred to her she was standing over their bed looking at them while they're sound asleep.

Chloe must have been sound asleep too? Right next to their bed, as testified by BA.

Like before john was there or before his body was found or that morning ..so many "that night " questions.
In my opinion it was after she attacked John. I think because all the men were drinking, especially BA who had a history of punching fellow officers when drunk, a fight happened that night and Chloe joined in with the excitement. I'm thinking it was in the basement, and JO fell and hit his head.

It wouldn’t surprise me if she didn’t have any recollection of the dog at all.

Yeah, I'm a little confused on the timeline.
I gather there isn't a location history for KR's phone (location services turned off?)
At what point on this timeline did KR (allegedly) leave 34 Fairview?
She's calling John constantly between 12:33 and 12:39 (bluetooth calls from the Lexus?)
At some point in the middle of that she reaches JOK's house. (Listed as 12:36am... how solid is this time?)

If the WiFi connection at JOK's is accurate, where did she have time to wait X amount of time for John at 34 Fairview, call him over and over, and get all the way back to JOK's residence?

Using Ryan Nagel's testimony and his phone data, Read and O'Keefe arrived at Fairview at 12:23 or 12:24 at the latest.

She connected with the Wifi at 1 Meadows at 12:36. No one refuted this at the last trial. The only question I recall remaining was how close she would have been to his router (driveway? garage?) to make the connection. John's house is immediately on the right as you turn onto his street with the side of his house facing the main road, Pleasant Street.

John's phone stopped moving at 12:32. Karen had to have been gone by then to make it to Meadows by 12:36. Best case scenario with her not getting lost and hitting all green lights on the way, it would have taken at least 6 or 7 minutes depending on which route she used. She could not have done it in 4 minutes and hitting just one red light would have extended the time further.

Not following - why couldn't she have called him at Fairview, on the way to Meadows and after she arrived at Meadows? It appears she didn't wait as long as she thought she did for John to return or contact her, but that's hardly indicative of guilt.

The Alberts were cross examined on the whereabouts of Chloe on early AM of 29th Jan from memory. I can't recall how BA, NA and JMc skipped over the issue. No one saw her or heard her from memory, but the only thing I vaguely recall was BA or NA speculating she may have been in a closet or something but can't really be sure.

Won't dig through the old testimony. If/when they are called in this trial, defense will probably address it again on cross. Jmo

Nope, Chloe went home with daughter Kaitlynn when her boyfriend came to pick her up around 2 am. It was originally intended that Kaitlynn would spend the night at her parent's house, but something suddenly changed and she woke up her plow driving boyfriend to come get her (and Chloe).

No link, just my opinion after putting 2 and 2 together during 1st trial.

And Jen said yesterday that after KR called her about John missing....she called her sister!

it's easy..they let the dog out..the dog found John and was trying to make him get up and clawing his arm. no one knew what happened to John or what the dog found outside..they were all drunk.
you know most cops will tell you they would rather deal with a methed out out crackhead on steroids and angel dust than deal with a drunk. This whole thing is like a bar room brawl where no one can figure out the details because they were DRUNK. I think they need to focus on the head injury and proving he didn't just slip and fall down and hit his head with two drinks in his hands, his girlfriend peeling out in a rage and a house full of oblivious drunk people, mOO

Yes, either Brian or Nicole testified Chloe liked to stay in a closet. Which is why no one heard her that morning when all hell was breaking loose on the front yard and Jen McCabe came running into the house.

Sure.....

Watching the dash cam video it’s striking just how impossible it would be to “see John” as he was covered in snow in near total darkness. There’s no street light in that area.

This leads me to believe Karen knew exactly where he was, because she left him there.

Well, the dog would have a recollection of her!

She doesn't have any recollection of the dog at all because the dog was obviously not there! Have you ever snuck up on a German Shepherd?

How do you know how fast she was driving?

The focus remains on the flagpole. JMc is still a strong and confident witness. Her and KerR did everything they could to help their friend John O'Keefe that morning, at the request of the defendant. Unfortunately, they have paid dearly for it. just my opinion

Chloe has been the most elusive entity in the case . IMO. I have no answers there.
I am excited about the mold of her teeth. IF they are really that dog. She should have been collected like evidence.
If Chloe wasn't microchipped, then I don't think they can prove those molds are hers. I hope the defense runs with that. Mo

I’ve owned one that was as a tad hard of hearing from around age 3 and would sleep very soundly. He would also get a tad snappy if anyone startled him awake 😱
Caused quite a problem.
