Sorry for the intrusion as I have been pretty out of pocket since Trial 2.0 started. I was wondering if anyone has discussed the fact that there was no salt on the inner housing of the missing taillight on Karen's SUV. If the taillight was smashed at 34F, then how is it that no salt or grime managed to be collected on the inner housing when it is all over the rest of the vehicle? She drove to John's home from 34F then all over the place and back to 34F in the morning, then to her parents house far away and then towed again very far away. In addition, there seems to be a scratch or dent inside the housing that looks to me like it may have been caused by an instrument that may have been used to smash in the tail light. (p.s. this isn't my theory - I saw it on a TikTok and don't remember seeing it posted anywhere else yet but I probably missed it.)

Just bumping my original post if this is OK, because I don't see any responses and would love to see if anyone else knows about this. TIA.

There is money to be made when you go along with supporting conspiracy and the framing of Karen Read. Truth does not prevail on social media, truth prevails in a court of law. Just my opinion
And within that court of law, all defendants are innocent until proven guilty. The CW has not successfully proven anything. MO

There is also plenty of money, power, fame, etc...to be had by actually conspiring and framing a person, so there is that. I agree that truth will ultimately win out, but I have learned not to always trust the system after cases like OJ, Duke Lacrosse, Richard Jewel, etc... JMO

So as pointed our by AJ yesterday, Jen lied to the FBI. Do you think the FEDS will come back and prosecute her. Oh, I hope so.
Making a false statement to a federal agent, a financial institution or a government entity is a crime all alone. If convicted of 18 U.S.C. § 1001, you are facing five or eight years in federal prison, depending on specific facts of the offense.

My understanding is the federal investigation is closed.
So is the narrative that the FBI is also in on the conspiracy to frame KR?

A federal investigation involving the death of Karen Read’s boyfriend, John O’Keefe, has concluded, a Norfolk County prosecutor said on Tuesday.

Unfortunately I doubt they will bring charges for that. Hoping eventually harsher charges come about if they are even continuing the investigation. JMOO

Huh? Why would the FBI be ‘in on the conspiracy’ against KR? They determined they would NOT bring charges against her.

Dont trust the system. Trust the facts, data, and science, they dont lie.
Trial one wasn't executed methodically, but ADA Lally was up against so much. My opinion.

It’s strange that the Feds themselves haven’t confirmed and that no one other than the Norfolk County DA office got notice of same.

I saw your original and thought it a very keen observation, which I surprisingly haven’t seen addressed! It should be though!

Following and trusting facts, data and science, I can conclude that there is enough reasonable doubt in this case for an elephant to pass through. I also believe there are enough facts that some of the players were up to some pretty sketchy stuff. Drinking and driving, destruction of phones, texts, calls, butt dials, rush to judgment and completely unprofessionalism by many in LE which created an investigation with blinders on only looking at KR. And that is just from court. I've read enough about the shenanigans of many of these players and backgrounds to let me know that some of them are extremely dangerous and violent. Karen? Not so much. Not a blemish on the record of a successful independent business woman and professor.

Which is unfortunate. As a government teacher for 32 years, I have always told my students that according to Constitution NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW- The Supremacy Clause. You break the law, you will get punished. It is apparent that JM and the Alberts have acted as they are above it. MOO

Thanks and I agree - again - NOT my catch, I only saw it on a tiktok, but I think it is significant and really wish it would be addressed by the defense team. To me, this is HUGE!

Jen McCabe had been told that lying to the agents was a felony. That she then proceeded to omit the information is a much more significant situation.
No disagreement there! JMO.

Yes, that light looks very clean to me. Thanks for pointing it out.

No. She called them shortly thereafter and told them about it. They have way bigger fish to fry. JMO.

Probably after she was told to do so. A lie is a lie. She knew what she was doing.

I think she testified that her husband told her to call and tell them.

Yes! I was curious about that bit of cross. Every time AJ brought up Matt McCabe, the CW objected. But then when AJ said something like ‘So why did you call them back?’, Jen then offered up that her husband told her that she had just lied to the authorities, and that she needed to call them back. Interestingly, the CW also tried to cut JM off mentioning her husband Matt, but at that point, Judge Cannone stated that since JM had brought it up herself, it could remain on the record.
