it gives her around 4 mins to make the drive - completely possible on empty roads IMO

It is 100% not possible in 4 mins empty roads or not

Interesting body language of Jackson and Yannetti during Ian Whiffin (Cellebrite expert) testimony.

IW an outstanding reputation w/Cellebrite.

IW destroyed the flights of stairs, he didnt climb any stairs and ridiculous 2:27 am search hos long to die in cold. Its been the livelihood of FKR. Destroyed. Yet. Again.

2:27 am timestamp was last tab open timestamp, not the Google search time.

In addition, John’s phone didn’t move after 12:32:16 am until after 6:06 am when he was found. John’s cellphone never went beyond the area of the flagpole. John didnt enter 34F. John’s phone temperature stayed consistent - cold... No indication of it being moved to warmer environment.

John and defendant arrived to Fairview at 12:24 am.

Over 100 texts deleted. Text between KR defense and Wolfe.
Trial One ends in a hung jury.
Trial Two, Wolfe deletes all texts…

Defense team… Jackson and Wolfe utilize Signal (encryption and disappearing messages) app.
Wolfe comes across as deceptive... An insult to people's intelligence.
Wolfe’s integrity shredded to pieces. Hes an embarrassment to ARCCA. Matter of opinion.
Please explain John walking 84ft per Whiffin....

So the rock has entered the case. What needs to be addressed is who put the rock at 34 Fairview??? Someone tainted and manipulated the lawn! How did that happen? With all the police presence that was at the house on Friday to keep the press and public away from jury I want to know who put it there! Just another coincidence I guess? I do give the judge credit for at least mentioning it.

Agree. The fact that the rock was allowed to remain there while jurors were viewing the property is ridiculous

I’m probably most interested at this point in the testimony about the Lexus. The high speed reversing is very curious to me since the road is only about 32ft wide. “If” she did travel that long distance at that high reverse speed, that would seem intentional to me. Pretty unnecessary to make a simple 3 pt turn and extremely high speed to reverse. I’ve now tried to hit that speed reversing from my own house, no way. I’ve never felt that if she hit him, that it was intentional.
And on a snowy street? Very questionable imo.

I don't believe the new homeowners would have permitted that rock to be there unless they sold that house to a different Albert! Some families love to keep the family home in the family. I wonder if another Albert bought it. One of his sons, or whomever. Speculation only.
MOO
It is not Alberts that bought the home and that rock was never there previously

IIUC it takes 5 min to drive 2.5 miles at 30 mph. The distance between 34 fairview and 1 meadows. So is it your assumption KR was driving faster than that? Kindly correct me if necessary.
And without slowing down for turns or weather...

Alessi is brilliant ! Proving that Whiffen's own diagram, submitted in his report...yet mysteriously omitted during direct...SHOWS the possibility that JOK"s phone could have been in the house is very very damning to the CW's case. Bravo !!

Innocent people slandered by FKR for three years, only one person on trial for the killing of Officer John O'Keefe, yet the accused... the defendant has questioned did I hit him, could I have hit him, did I clip him... on and on drinking like a fish... and making her own drinks because they weren't strong enough to her liking, argued with JOK, angry because he was breaking up with her, called KerR at 5 am to say John's dead, her SUV tailight broken.. sounds like the culprit but then what do I know. Also, making a doc because she thinks she's in the clear, mocks JOK's mother. moo

I notice some people are afraid of ARCCA telling the truth about the physics of the case. I am certain the defense would be in favor of having the FULL story told about ARCCA, why they were hired by the FBI and how they offered their info to both the defense and the CW and, yes, the details of payments and messages. There is this odd impulse by some to narrow the discussion by ARCCA but these same people would gladly dance in the glow of the despicable Michael Proctor. As an American interested in justice, I want truthful information to be provided to the jury, it’s as simple as that.
It’s entirely possible that one of the jurors is already familiar with the info that ARCCA was hired initially by the feds. So many potential jurors had awareness of the trial preselection and this was a major bombshell in trial 1.

At this point, I think anything coming out of KerR is suspect. She lied to grand jury.

Every single thing that is shady, underhanded, deceitful, questionable...etc, etc, etc all comes from the CW's side. All their witnesses, all their evidence, comes with a caveat. Nothing just "is" there is a problem with practically EVERYTHING the CW does. There is nothing they present that doesn't require the suspension of belief or fact.

It's like the CW is on trial here. Every witness has some kind of excuse, some kind of memory loss, some kind of problem with their testimony. If you didn't know it, one would think it's the CW trying to get away with murder.

Like the 1st trial the CW is spending all their time defending jen mcabe, the Alberts and the police. Nothing has been presented yet that shows how KR murdered JOK. I just can't believe that this is their strategy AGAIN!

That was super shady. A rock showed up at 34 Fairview for the jury viewing. People that had driven by the house prior to the viewing had videos and photos showing it was not there prior. Someone put it there just for the viewing. The rock had the word Albert painted on it and a smudge of something that looked like blood.

I haven’t really been watching this re-trial, but have been watching some this morning. This witness (Whiffen) seems to be waffling on cross from his previous testimony as brought up by this defense attorney imo.

And having gotten lost trying to get to that home in the first place...did she even know how to get out of that community to get to John's quickly?

Can someone explain the rock story, I missed it.

When the jury went on their day trip to 34 Fairview someone had left a roughly 4-5 pound rock in the yard by the road that has The Albert's painted on it. The Albert's moved out of the house years ago so there was no reason for it to be there. Someone put it there for the jury to see. The inference is that the rock in some way, shape or form caused the injury to the back of JOK's head. Obviously the Defense was pissed off about this. So judge cannone told the jury to disregard the object they may have seen. It's just another shady and underhanded attempt by the anti-KR's to influence the jury. It's totally out of line. All of the lying, manipulation and deception all comes from the CW's side. They are the ones who lie. They are the ones that do everything shady and questionable!
