It’s interesting to me. I hear people say ‘Well, I can imagine Karen doing it because she was drunk’ … ALL the individuals involved were drunk. It’s moot. Just as she could have killed John in a drunken rage.. so could somebody else at 34 Fairview. MOO.
This is such a great point. They all were drunk and making terrible decisions.

Amazing that Jens husband Matt McCabe was so concerned that they’d be driving with a broken taillight yet this group of drinking drunken buddies have no issue with anyone driving intoxicated.
This is what ticks me off. It’s so obvious they all drank and some of them drove. Why would JOK not stop his GF from driving? He’s a cop and both she and he and others could have been injured because she was drunk. It just shows how they all think nothing of drinking heavily and driving.

Anyone who watches Hank press Wolfe like that and thinks it's ok doesn't understand anything about the AARCA situation imo. AARCA evidence looks BAD bad bad for the commonwealth so hank is freaking out trying to get rid of it. oh, and he seems to have a complex about wolfe specifically. maybe some feelings of jealousy. or deep admiration. lol

Always with the three times on everything they say Karen screamed. That's absolutely strange.

And when BA testified that he was driving his work vehicle the Ford Edge while drinking hat night, it wasn’t even further pursued by either the CW or defense! I don’t know if the judge ruled it off limits?

IMO, that’s a common tell. If you ask someone how many times, they’ll often say ‘three’ because it sounds reasonable.

waterworks for the "man laying in the snow" that she reported to 911

Back to taking off the freaking shoes. What a weird thing to highlight. KR was reported by many people to be highly upset. It doesn't show she's anything other than panicked.

So, I planned this route in Google Maps and it's suggesting 6 or 7 minutes.
This is daytime, perfect conditions.

I wasn't able to find any option to select a route based on an incredibly drunk driver at night in a blizzard, but it's think it's safe to assume it took her longer than 6 or 7 minutes.
-
If this is the route she took from Fairview, why would she have made a 3 point turn and reversed at all? She would’ve just drove off straight down the road, as that’s the way she was facing.

Hopefully the defense will press her on why, if she immediately recognized John, she called him ‘a guy’ ‘a dude’.

if it's your friend john why would you use such distancing language?? like you were expecting a guest who never showed up, allegedly... but you dont connect that to the "man in the snow"?

Ope, and that’s all we get today.

Combine this with the fact that she was the one helping Kerry come up with the ‘timeline’… just plain sketchy.

She will not be winning an Emmy for that performance

Court tv just did a poll on whether JMC’s testimony was believable. 60% said not believable at all..

Genuinely believe she will read this and it'll keep her up at night that her performance didn't land

Don't forget to take the Websleuths poll. Is Karen Read guilty or not guilty?

I notice some people are afraid of ARCCA telling the truth about the physics of the case. I am certain the defense would be in favor of having the FULL story told about ARCCA, why they were hired by the FBI and how they offered their info to both the defense and the CW and, yes, the details of payments and messages. There is this odd impulse by some to narrow the discussion by ARCCA but these same people would gladly dance in the glow of the despicable Michael Proctor. As an American interested in justice, I want truthful information to be provided to the jury, it’s as simple as that.

BBM Nice imagery!

Brennan made a total fool of himself questioning Dr. Wolfe yesterday. He would ask questions, twist the answers and then argue with Dr. Wolfe over the twisted answers which came from his own mouth!! It was crazy making and none of the attorneys I saw opine last night had anything positive to say about Brennan's performance with Dr. Wolfe.

Like in this lovely exchange?

Brennan: Did you delete texts?
Wolfe: Yes, it was over a year ago. After a trial is over that is something i routinely do.

Brennan: So did you delete texts?
Wolfe: Yes, I already told you I did.
Brennan: No you didn’t but you did just now.

Brennan gets the same answer but still basically calls him a liar. Brennan is extremely emotional when he questions Wolfe, like it’s personal. I don’t get it.

ARCCA/Wolfe’s report was done before he ever talked to Jackson or anyone on the defense. What does Brennan’s haranguing of our dimpled doctor even accomplish?
