I agree. If Kerry wasn't even there the night before and her and Jen just met why were those 2 creating a timeline. That makes no sense to me.

I heard Judge Cannone say that she expects a " robust" cross exam from Brennan during the ARCCA witness' testimony. In other words.....a repeat of yesterday. All the attacking and verbal venom from Brennan will be on full display to the jury. Bring it !!!!

I just re-listened to be sure. She said she will issue the report may 7 - pretty sure that’s what Brennan was talking about when he said his expert was occupied with another case and didn’t have time to get through the data.

IMO when she cut him off she knew he was going to make her look bad. She said ‘How am I supposed to reconcile this?’ And his answer sounded like it was heading for ‘You don’t have to reconcile it, it’s irrelevant from a legal standpoint’

Judge Bev knows that Robert Alessi knows "the law" better than anyone.
Which is why he is on the defense team by the way.

A REAL "robust" discussion of ARCCA would include a discussion of their being hired by the FBI. Bev's idea of "robust" is letting the corrupt Norfolk County DA's office ask whatever they want but then prevent the Defense from telling the truth about ARCCA.
