Albert, homeowner also replaced the bulkhead doors, said they squeeked. I don't recall if the stairs to and from the bulkhead were replaced, but seems he would have done that too. This is along with digging up a portion of the basement, carpet in the area. Dog gone. His and Higgin's cells disappear the day before they were to turn them in. Got a head up.

Who testified to this and when ? Trial 1??

I am starting to think it happened outside too. The fence had a gate the left of the house and the bulkhead is also right there. I’ve said maybe the 3 men were out with Chloe for a potty break and maybe a smoke when JOK arrived through the gate.

There is not a single shred of evidence presented to support this.

Did you forget Karen said she SAW John cross the threshold?
Poke his head in?

Haven't we watched this same skirmish before in many trials? Expert witnesses must turn over any reports they've written, but they their notes and communications with attorneys are not discoverable.

Unless Mass has some very strange laws (which I think Alessi would be well aware of) this whole situation should have been shot down from the beginning, by Judge Bev.

Oh, and the May 7 date is for AARCO's report to be provided to the court/prosecution, not Judge Bev's order saying they can testify. I'm still a few pages back so someone else may have mentioned this before my post.

why would the report be demanded on deadline of May 7th and the mismatch dates for even being able to testify , as I expect this trial will have concluded by that date ?

Absolutely hysterical/hypocritical that some are using KR's comments against her when multiple people....an entire busload, have made false statement after false statement after false statement. THEY HAVE ALL MADE STATEMENTS THAT WERE PROVEN TO BE FALSE! Why should we believe some and not the others? You just can't hold one side to a specific set of standards and not the other. Ya know glass houses and all.

There is zero evidence bulkhead doors were replaced and there was zero evidence presented in trial 1

Was wondering that myself. Where are all the taped interrogations??

I am watching Maureen Hartnett again who took samples of sweat shirt.

She only tested two q-tips for dog dna.....numerous holes in sweat shirt but only tested TWO samples.....looks like all the damage to shirt were holes.

Shirt looks like a major battle with a dog!!
