For a while I was concerned Chloe was running up and down the entire northern seaboard. Maybe she is the New England serial killer. Who knows.Yes no dog anywhere - that certainly does not look suspicious (eyeroll). I think BA saiduring the first go around that Chloe must have been in the closet. He might want to clarify what closet, in what town/state, he was talking about JMO
Now that is interesting. Not saying at all that POK should not feel as he does about KR and express those feelings. But I felt during trial x1 that the jury should not have been subject to the very frequent occurrence of POK staring at KR and the defense table with pretty obvious contempt and hatred. JmoSo after the judge cleared the room and brought everyone including the families back, Paul was steered in another spot. Not sure if others also moved.
We never used our front door. While my family was on a summer vacation, my dad was checking on our house for us. The door was closed but wasn’t locked. I had neglected to lock the door when we hauled out the Christmas tree.Just catching up, but did JK say earlier that the Alberts left their front door UNLOCKED the night of the incident?
Jen also said she called her sister before Karen came to her house.JMC just said she went in the house to wake Nicole after the 911 call. So why do her call logs show her calling Nicole TWICE - 1 call answered, connected for 9 seconds, deleted. Another a minute later - answered, connected, lasted 7 seconds, then deleted, around 6:07? How did the phone calls connect if Nicole was sleeping so deeply Jen had to wake her?
Add to that, JMc has many family members and friends in LE — she ought to know something about protocol. No reason to separate us.. they're my family. Possible witnesses to a death on the lawn of her brother in law, who did not come out, along with all the other stories, so many! She knows of course all people would be separate in being questioned in a possible homicide or suspicious death. She is an adult and aware of LE behavior/detective work. IMO
What I can say with certainty is that there is always collateral damage to those who loved John who by ws definition is the victimCant speculate on what you stated. I will say that the defendant is not the victim here. jmo

It's not POK's fault, but he is/was? sitting in direct line of sight of the jury and this is a small court room.
It seemed to me that if the judge was concerned about addressing extraneous influence or interference with the jury's peace if mind by (imo rightly) making the buffer zone around the court house, then the issue of the jury being subjected continuously to the victim's family member's negative attitude towards the defendant might also be addressed and a solution found. Jmo
I wonder if this has actually occurred? Jmo and conjecture.
Yes I think this is new ?Is this unknown law enforcement department the FBi?
Brian Albert was a Boston homicide detective. Probably had more than a few dangerous felons angry with him.We never used our front door. While my family was on a summer vacation, my dad was checking on our house for us. The door was closed but wasn’t locked. I had neglected to lock the door when we hauled out the Christmas tree.
Brian Albert was a big time member of LE in Boston who if I recall correctly worked on the gang/fugitive unit at one time and other high risk type operations that might have angered lots ofWe never used our front door. In our current house, we lock the doors at night only. We run errands and leave the doors unlocked.
He knew what to do, period, and how to and why. This was not some regular homeowner on Fairview. Connected which we have witnessed with CPD and has worked so farrrrrr. Thought it was a no brainer, the plow must of hit him..awful. Well it wasn't was it. KR is no dummy at allllllll. CLEARLY, hence the hate for not making it easy for the ones involved nor some of JOK's relatives.Brian Albert was a big time member of LE in Boston who if I recall correctly worked on the gang/fugitive unit at one time and other high risk type operations that might have angered lots of
criminal types so not locking the door or having security cameras sounds a teeny foolish.
But, they ususally had Chloe the trained rescue police dog who would be the attack dog and alert the family to any bad operators approaching. I bet BA slept with an arsenal upstairs.
When they sent the dog off that night ( my sepculation) they just did not think to lock the door bc of "white claw" fever or something.
JMO
Chloe was removed from Albert Home in May and re-homes approximately four months after John O’Keeffe died.Yes no dog anywhere - that certainly does not look suspicious (eyeroll). Not a good idea, you don't know who is watching, not recommended. Bad stories of such things, out for an errand and back in later and bam. Usually women of all ages.We never used our front door. M00, I don't think she is.JM is doing very well with AJ.
Yeah it's like saying, I'm kind of pregnant. She had a goal and that was to minimize minimize minimize.I kinda made some phone calls. How does one "kinda" make calls? You either do or don't.
Not to minimize your thoughts or opinions, but why was the dog being removed from the house in the middle of the night to begin with? So no, I don't believe that is what happened. JMOOso ... is it possible that when BA's daughter's boyfriend picked her and Chloe up at 2:00 AM'ish ... that they went out the front door to the boyfriend's jeep and that Chloe was loose and ran to where JOK was lying in the snow and attacked him there? Just spit balling here ... my own thoughts and opinions.
