I had FBI show up unexpectedly one morning. I actually asked them to come back in an hour. I ran around straightening up the living room and kitchen. And I jumped in the shower. Just spit balling here ... my own thoughts and opinions.

No one suggested Chloe was ever in the front yard during the first trial.

The Alberts' back yard was fully fenced and gated and BA testified that's where they would let her out. The front yard was not fenced at all and led directly onto a busy street. (double yellow lined street)

And again, no one sees John's body on the lawn at that time either? Just the dog? I've lost count of how many people walked by, drove by, and looked out the windows without seeing a six foot man lying there. And it's a pretty short front yard.

I hope when I'm on a second trial trying to convict someone I put a conspiracy against I have as great of a selective memory as Jen does, she sure seems to remember a lot of what makes her look good MOO

There’s a street light a across the street from the door- there’s no lighting by the flagpole and very low visibility
