This case is not about JMc, she is not on trial. She is a witness. Jackson I guess would like you to believe otherwise. The other day he said he only needed two hours today, yet, here we are and it looks like it will use the rest of the day to cross JMc. Thats okay, she holding up well. She's got this, truth prevails.

The 2:27 google search already debunked by Cellebrite. I supposed if a person doesnt understand digital forensic analysis then they would not understand the search was debunked. JMc doing an excellent job and is credible witness for the CW.

I suspect CW will call Jessica Hyde to the stand, she's on the witness list. moo

Bolded portion only - You have got to be kidding me with this!!! Perhaps if JM would answer his damn questions, then it would not take so freaking long. Geez, it is pretty obvious to me that no matter what JM does some think we should be sending her flowers.

I have never in my life seen a judge not allow an attorney to effectively question a witness on discrepancies between their current and previous statements. Is this some weird Massachusetts thing?? This is infuriating to me! The judge's tone, excessive sighing, and choice of words leave no room for doubt regarding her disdain for the defense. It is completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, prejudicial in a way that could very easily affect the jury. This is making my blood boil. IMO MOO
The whole country is watching this. Someone needs to stop this judge.

And here we go with Judge Cannone completely ignoring AJ’s objections, even though she cut him off HERSELF on behalf on the CW. SMH.

Funny how she doesn't need the prosecutor to explain his questions and is able to answer yes or no.

Man, I knew the fact that this is a retrial and has a different prosecutor would change testimony and admissible info, but this trial feels so much different.

Much different response from JenMc when HB asks questions. Can answer a yes or no answer . Doesn’t go on spinning her answers.

Jen and the Judge smile at each other as she sits down.

Yes, because this is what they’ve already been over. She couldn’t answer AJ because that veered into the unplanned. MOO.

I just can't listen to this woman anymore. She is just so full of crap.

  • #291
Lest anyone forgets, her main focus was John. *Touches large cross on her chest*

What utter bias. This trial is a farce. The cw and this so called judge are on the same side. What kind of judge openly flaunts her bias? What kind of unprofessional behaviour is this? I'm beginning to wonder if there is a way to have her removed involuntarily on competency grounds. Jmo.

She is proving a tried and true crazy maker. Moo it's self preservation to not want to listen and go in the opposite direction as quickly as possible!

So KR calling John/leaving messages to him after he didn’t come home proves her guilt, but Jen McCabes messages to John somehow exonerate her of any involvement? Make it make sense, Brennan!

I ask this in good faith - then how do you explain that Karen’s vehicle did not have body damage consistent with a car strike, and how do you explain that John cannot be definitively said to be hit by a car?
It is surprising there was no damage but a broken taillight. But, I was hit by a vehicle going approximately 20 mph and there was no damage to the car. I was hit by the front right fender. The car had no visible damage to the fender, antenna, or windshield but I had a broken femur.

AJ: There’s that apology again.

Omg.

Right. I’m sorry you were hit by a car - one of my former partners was as well, and broke his pelvis, femur and some ribs. But John didn’t have any injuries to his lower body, other than a bruise on his knee about the size of a dime. So that makes me wonder how KR could have possibly hit him in a way that makes physical sense.

No more…”the paper says”

Seems judge does not care to be fair.

JMc keeps saying "sorry" to Brennan now, trying to manipulate the jury to think that she says sorry to everyone. She's a conniving one.
