There’s been a lot of conversation around the implausibility of someone leaving a body on their own front lawn. One theory of mine is that an argument ensued in the Albert home that led to fisticuffs and the dog jumped in. John fell and hit his head or he was whacked on the head from behind. His balance might have been off due to alcohol consumption. He may have been able to get up and stumble outside only to fall again near the flagpole never to get up again. I think JmcC may have seen him either when she was leaving or during one of her (frequent) glances out the window.
The group had a decision to make. Either call and try to get JOK some help and risk being charged with any number of crimes or play dumb; no one saw nuthin.

His head injury was very severe. There was medical testimony at the last trial that it was immediately disabling.

Exactly. I’ve followed this case from day one and there’s such an odd allegiance to Karen, as if they know her personally and they know for a fact there’s no way she could have done this. Nothing Jen McC said seems unusual to me at all. No one is perfect on the stand when asking to recall that much detail after so long.
The social media blitz has been very effective for Karen, to the point that her ride-or-die fans refuse to even consider that she might have hit him accidentally in anger while intoxicated, which is still a crime. There is not a lack of evidence in this case, but even if there was video of the incident, they would find some way to ignore or justify it. All of this is MOO of course, but there is zero evidence he set foot in that house.

I don't have a allegiance to karen. I have allegiance to the truth.

These rules are put in place so that prosecutors can use evidence against defendants to prove their guilt BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Without them their cases fall apart and they fail to convict people of crimes they may have committed. How so many people can just accept the flawed evidence in this trial is beyond my comprehension. How so many people can look at a person like jen mcabe and believe she is being truthful despite her being caught in lie after lie after lie make me question their motives and if they have any interest whatsoever in finding the truth of what happened to JOK.

Rose colored glasses: open minded with sharp critical thinking skills and no personal bias towards the defendant for whatever their reasons towards KR,, a woman. IMO

The post was made for all and informative for those that may have missed a lot of testimony on trial 1 and trial 2. Better to base thoughts on items of fact listed here and not personal feelings. JMc is the latest on the witness stand and absolutely others involved are listed in this, involved, from the house party as well. Norfolk County is the county that has allowed this, the D.A and members of the CANTON PD., the judge's obvious bias, which is spoken about throughout not just USA and Canton, MA OR MA people. Blatant. I would go over the informative list and mull things over of the trial 1 and 2 and witnesses and facts such as ones acknowledged in court. IMO

Great and informative. Judge c was advised to recuse herself from the first trial, she refused. There was and is a reason. ADVISED by legal people, not friends. THERE is a reason. Scary. IMO

JO was not hit by a car on purpose or accidentally. Determined by PHD crash experts independently hired by the FBI. No skin in the game, no bias. Just honestly doing their job. JMOO

It's not the job of the Defense to prove Karen didn't hit JOK accidentally or on purpose. It is the CW's job to prove that she did BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. The only evidence that has been offered so far that KR murdered JOK is that of the word of jen mcabe. And it's been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that she lied multiple times to multiple different law enforcement agencies so anything that comes out of her mouth is suspect.

Furthermore if it was not for jen mcabe's influence over Kerry Robert's, another proven liar, that led to Robert's lying to a Grand Jury, this case would not have gone forward. All roads of this trial lead to jen mcabe.

And if that is not enough to show that there is reasonable doubt in believing KR hit JOK with her car, there is the mountain of tainted evidence that was used to deceive juror's. The investigation was so sloppy, lazy, unprofessional, and downright negligent that it all should have been dismissed altogether. That's not even bringing into question the manipulated video, the switched CD of the library video that was presented in court, the extra pieces of tail light that magically appeared in the evidence bag, again in court, etc, etc, etc.

In fact the evidence was so brutally mishandled that the friggin' FBI got involved and not only did they launch their own investigation into this case, they hired one of the foremost experts in the field of crash reconstruction ( ARCCA which has been used in other cases BY THE CW!!!) to show how badly the investigation was. The FBI were so appalled by their findings that they handed over 3000pages of their investigation to the Defense........ unsolicited!!!!

KR ‘s lawyer ripped BA apart over his “play fighting” on the video with Higgins from the Waterfall on that night.( same night JOK ends up dead)
I hope the truth about what happened to JOK is dragged out of them . KR had nothing to do with it. This was shown on Law & Crime a year ago. First I had seen this.

WHO has spoken to an attorney to find out where they really stand in this case? WHO has talked to a 'trusted' someone? Has anyone approached the defense? asked for immunity if possible? Just wants this nightmare to be over and clear their conscience??

I don't think it will be someone's conscience, that ship has sailed. It would be someone with the most to lose and PLEA deal. There was something about HIggins and some sort of deal in the past with the feds I believe, but don't really know or understood the deets.
