We have had to remove several posts that quoted AI on this thread today.
We do not allow AI as a source.
Let me give you two examples of why AI is not reliable.
I googled Olivia Newton-John and Karen Carpenter and asked if they were best friends.
AI reported back that yes, they were best friends. They were so close that they attended each other's funerals.
AI also reported that a man named Chris Wolf was John Ramsey's attorney. Not even close. So wrong.
Again, these are just a couple of weird examples. Because it is not reliable, Artificial Intelligence is not to be used as a source on Websleuths, especially in the Karen Read case, where there are so many rumors and hundreds of facts. The last thing we need is AI stating a rumor as a fact.

When John died, Keefe was on the same unit as Proctor. Only 10 people in their unit. Every case was assigned to 1 specific person in the unit. Proctor was lead on JOK’s case.

On 10/1/22, Keefe and Proctor interviewed Sarah Levinson together at the Norfolk DA’s Office. Keefe says he doesn’t recall that, but it’s documented in Proctor’s report.

Keefe retrieved video from CF McCarthy’s and Waterfall. But Proctor analyzed the video, and again, wrote the reports.

Yannetti is driving home that Proctor was the lead investigator, most likely building up to his dishonorable discharge and firing. Pointing out how much of the investigation was lead by a corrupt and now deposed investigator. I wonder if Proctor’s about to take the stand?

Want to know what is sad? Even if she is found NG on all charges, you just know that his brother is still going to go after her in civil court for wrongful death.

You may want to read this article about civil suits. Its more of a judgement. Often those who don't have money do not end up paying. I don't think many people know this. If I win my case and get a money judgment, when will the defendant pay me?

So far, I believe the jury is patiently ( or impatiently) waiting for the "What happened to JOK?" answers. How was he murdered by the vehicle driven by KR? Also, the "Where and who in the world is this Michael Proctor dude?" More importantly, " What's with the dog questions?"

The CW has painted an ugly picture so far of KR, no doubt. But where is the proof man? Bring it !!

This is exactly where things really went off the rails for the CW in the first trial IMO. They spent so much time talking about KR hitting JOK with the car. But the CW evidence and expert witness testimony showing that JOK was killed by a car was hugely implausible (at least if you believe in the principles of science and physics).

If it was KR glass taking it from the bar makes sense but then why take it from the car, if it was hers it would surely stay in the car with her.
Since we don't have a precise location of JOK, I presume we don't know precisely where the glass was in comparison to JOK.
As JOK phone appears to have been loose as it was found under him.
So JOK appears to have had a glass and a phone in his hands.

Iirc the glass was not a match from the bar. LE never checked glasses with the homeowner. Nor do I believe they checked to see if it came from John or Karen’s house

Keefe attended JOK’s autopsy. He was the only one in the Norfolk unit attending.

Yannetti: Did you know that Proctor had already informed the ME of the state police theory? (Brennan reallyyyy doesn’t want this on the record).

Yannetti now discussing JOK’s injuries - two black eyes, swollen right eye, small abrasion left side of his nose, small cut over one eye.

Had KEVIN ALBERT himself assist with arranging witness interviews...
Allowed and kept the alleged murder weapon at the CPD Sallyport for 3 days....

YEs and Keefe is getting so defensive to answer basic questions! He didn't remember being a part of that interview with Sarah Levinson ... did Proctor just add his name without him even being there to show he was not alone during the interview? Probably not, but why can't Keefe remember ... and why has he gotten so defensive for no good reason ...

ETA: I've noticed lots of comments about KR thinking she's an attorney or acting like an attorney and why does SHE get to go the side-bahs? I have not seen this often, but Ashley Benefield, who was accused and convicted in FL of killing her husband, also participated in side-bahs. So it DOES happen, although not common if what I watch is any indication.

Many courts have headphones for the defendants to listen to the sidebar without having to leave the table and go up with the lawyers. It is VERY common. Evidently that option was not made available to her.

Thank you for posting this! Yes, they don’t have jurisdiction when it comes to photos of KR’s car in the sally port according to Gallagher, but they have people at the search. Makes no sense.

Of course it doesn't make sense. They basically do whatever, whenever is necessary according to whoever.

People knew he was coming and never looked for him —/ GREAT point! He was encouraged to come over, Jen was texting and calling him on the way over. Texting him where to park at 12:27/12:31 Then, out of the 7 (at least) people at Fairview, none of them called (and left a voicemail), looked outside, or called Karen….
Of course, there was that string of unanswered calls from JenMc 12:40/12:42/12:45 but she didn’t leave a voicemail message like ‘what happened?’ ‘Where are you?’ ‘Did you and Karen leave without me seeing?’

Isn't JM, the person who invited them, calling at 12:40, 12:42 and 12:45 actively looking for him/them? She, and then probably passed on to others IF they bothered to ask, probably figured oh well they decided not to come after all, they're not answering my calls, whatever. First time visitors to the house deciding not to come over, maybe just too wasted or deciding they wanted to hunker down at home for the storm. Even if the thought that maybe they had car trouble came to mind, they're both adults and can call someone if they need help. It's not like KR & JO's arrival was a high priority in the minds of anyone already there and having a good time. Just some thoughts and AJMO.

He had better quit while he is ahead. I know he is devastated by his brother's death but go after the real culprits. She has nothing left.
He ought to partner with her in civil court to go after any and all who caused or covered up this event

It just amazes that a person who admits driving drunk and hitting someone is not culpable at all. MO
