Can’t the court just stipulate that this guy is useless as a witness and move along to the next person?
I think it honestly may be better to show the jury how truly awful he is. I’ve never seen so many people that believed Karen is guilty swayed than I did after YB’s testimony yesterday. JMO

There was no probable cause to search 34F, nonetheless LE did enter the house. It's your right to ensure the privacy of your property, your home. jmo

Fourth Amendment - an amendment to the U.S. Constitution and a part of the Bill of Rights
Its goal is to protect people against unreasonable searches and seizures.
It's common sense policing. The town police audit has already ridiculed Canton PD and their shoddy police practices. In a accident or crime scene you investigate everything. A 91 year old lady ran a stop sign and crashed into my son yesterday, the police report was written within 3 hours and was 11 pages long with photos. They both are OK by the way. Karen Read case: O'Keefe's body moved too soon and shoddy police work, audit says

HAH oh my god. YB just said to AJ ‘we had theories’. A minute later, he’s asking AJ to pull out a dictionary because he ‘doesn’t know’ what theory means. So infuriating.

YB woke up this morning and chose snark.
It's not working for him against AJ, though.
He should have stayed in bed.
This is one of the craziest crosses I've ever watched, and that's saying something - remember the Arias trial? Yeah, it's up there with Martinez crossing Jodi.
IMO.

The funnny thing is - this guy actually believes he’s helping the CW’s case - did you see him smirk?

This man an embarrassment to all men, Marines and police officers, His smug demeanor and behavior is appalling. I've never seen anything like this before. Just call the case now and save everyone's time.

There was a dead co worker in the front yard and he was last seen with this group of people at the house.
Thats a warrant that should have happened.
Absolutely! I think the residents of the house should have insisted on that because they are LEO and why wouldn't you want to make sure everything possible was done to show you and your house had nothing to do with the dead man in the front yard. SW can rule things in AND out. The saying about appearance is everything. When "nothing" is going on people don't delete texts and calls, rehome their dog, get rid of a cell phone and sell their house. AND if all that was just coincidence, then a SW of that house would have ruled out many things that appear to be "wrong".

I do hope it also shows his employer how awful he is! Yesterday, Brennan made a big entrance asking him about his heritage, immigration, military stint, and his desire to "serve the people" in policing, however, I don't see any sense of honor or respect or wisdom emitting from him. A false narrative!

The handwriting on this evidence bag (from Proctor) matches the handwriting on that other evidence bag that YB was listed on and he wouldn’t admit that Proctor filled it out.

What I keep coming back to is this..

EVEN if Karen hit him, I don't think she did it intentionally and I don't believe she knew she did it so she didn't hit him and drive away to leave him to die.

What is really clear regardless of whether she hit him or not is the police did NOT do a good job. Some key players here are lying, deleting and hiding things and that leaves me questioning WHY? Something really off is going on with the family that lived in that house where he was found. It isn't just one or two things and with so much going on that was not on the up and up, I don't see how EVERYONE isn't wondering what the heck actually happened that night. Why is there a LEO inside that house and he didn't come outside and why was the sister of one of the homeowners NOT worried about her sister and family inside that house when they discovered a dead man on the lawn?

I’m still catching up. What did he do?
He just has no solid answers, flounders like a fish out of water, will only recall if shown a document, acts like he has no idea what LE is supposed to do (ie: booking into evidence. WHAAT? What is that?) It was a complete joke.

Fear and loathing in Canton.

I will never look at Boston the same after this trial. And generally as a huge supporter of LE, what a disappointment in LE this trial has been.

Seems everyone lives in fear of a few families. Really hope Federal Agencies get involve, there needs to be some cleanup if we are to have any confidence in the judiciary and LE. This is being exposed to the world....why do I think there is a deeper story here. Was John's death intentional?

IMO

These are my thoughts exactly. In fact when Bukhenik was asked if he questioned the "three", no. He did not. They were all related to the family inside the home. If it smells like a fish, looks like a fish, flounders like a fish... Probably fishy.

I think many of us who think this should end in a not guilty verdict (at this point with what has been presented) can see that it might be possible she hit him. We also see all the things that are very wrong with his case.

What I don't understand is the Karen is guilty no matter what group that can't see how wrong all this other stuff is. Saying this guy on the stand is a good witness? Saying the woman the other day was a good witness? IMO it's absurd to watch a witness lie on the stand and refuse to just answer questions and then admit to something finally and then say those are good witnesses. Good witnesses don't need to lie or avoid questions. They remember what to say because it's the truth and the story doesn't change because it's the truth. Some just plain refuse to say that LE made big mistakes here and that it's possible the mistakes will lead to a not guilty verdict.

I support and back the blue, but I also hold them to a standard that is above what the average person is held to. They should be transparent and forthcoming and admit mistakes. That is what a person with integrity does and I expect LEO to have the highest integrity. Covering for your buddies just because you are LE means you are just as bad as the person doing the wrong. A true good friend will hold you accountable because they want you to be a stand-up person. This trial is filled with people trying to hide behind a badge while not living up to the high standard a LEO should. That is why we are on trial 2 right now. IMO All just my opinion.

jurors are given instructions on how to evaluate witness testimony. they aren't required to believe all of it. they aren't required to like the witnesses. they aren't required to believe that all witnesses behaved beyond reproach.

what they are trying to determine is if - beyond a reasonable doubt - whether or not KR hit JO with her SUV.
