This was so tedious and so indicative of how YB has been behaving with defense all along.

There were three passengers in the car. He basically said since he had already intervewed the driver Ryan Nagel, he had no burning need to interview the other two. So he waited what 15 months?

Just let that sink in.

Three eye witnessess in a car behind Karen's at 34 Fairview during the time John went "missing".

But he was following the evidence lol. He could not be bothered to probably even read the ARCCA report and they are not interviewing witnessess - he and Proctor had solved the crime the day of.

'This guy should be fired for that testimony alone. He is a bad apple in a noble profession. He should have been shown the door with Proctor.
Everyone local knows the state police have had trouble with scandals ( overtime pay etc) - is a guy like this representative of the culture? I hope not.

Why? The experts were hired by the FBI and their work was done before the defense even knew they existed.

AJ is not finished with YB. I see all, if not most of the day Monday with continued cross. A re-direct by Brennan would be foolish, however too much damage was done. ( IMO ). And if so, you betcha AJ will come back with a few more bites.

Yuri definitely drew the short straw, and was the chosen one to replace them ( CW ) calling Proctor, Brian A, Brian H. That move has back-fired.

AJ got YB to acknowledge in front of the jury that investigators never requested the phone records of Brian Albert or Brian Higgins, and that he wasn’t aware of any calls made at 1:35 AM or 2:22 AM (The famous butt dials). He even admitted he relied on Higgins telling him, and didn’t check for himself.

That raises a big question: how did the defense end up with those call logs if law enforcement never pulled them? I feel like AJ has much more to come on Monday. MOO.

Yes it was . Had to be because of the inground pool , Its a white fence 6 foot tall . Also Johns drive way was fenced as well. They also had a dog and I learned all this watching the trial.

The official Albert story is that she was rehomed to a farm in Vermont. But who knows. If she's alive, I hope she has lots of room to run and is well-loved.

I can’t believe the CW brought this to re-trial. IMO, they have a tiny chance of winning. And in the process they are loudly publicizing that their LE is inept and arrogant. That’s a high price to pay for such a small chance at victory.
And I don’t think Bentley will re-hire Ms. Read even if she’s not found guilty.
