So I’m trying to think this through - when KR woke around 5am, she called JMc and KR to say she was worried right? Did she ever tell JMc to call the Alberts and find out if John crashed there for the night? I’m thinking if I were her, I’d assume he’d passed out on BA’s couch, not that he was lying in the snow.

I suspect theres an upcoming Ring expert to testify this week, based on filing last week. There were several missing/deleted Ring videos recordings. In KR’s own words via text messages (thank you, Jackson) she knew where the Ring cameras were in John's house.

Knowing where cameras are located around the exterior of a house isn't rocket science. They're pretty visible. One or both of the kids testified last trial that Karen wouldn't have had the password to access the Ring video. Nicholas Guarino (CW expert) also testified last trial that JO only accessed the video through his cell phone. He didn't use any other devices to access the recordings. So if you're implying she deleted video, that seems highly unlikely and I doubt Brennan will try to even leave that impression.

This case is not about whether you're pro-LE (whatever that means), "dirty cops,” or the Sandra Birchmore case. This case as are all cases I decide about a case according to my research (deep dive (exclude all the fluff), court documents, facts, science, and digital forensic data. Deciding to throw a case to the wayside based on faulty police work then we must free a majority of convicted criminals right now. There is no perfect investigation. There is science and facts, which do not lie. The jury will decide.

Video shows that KR’s father, bro, and SIL were at John’s house after she was released from the hospital and she went up to her and John’s room (her words). Wonder why she did not go into her own room, as supposedly she did not share a room with John (her words via text messages).

Matter of opinion

Justice for John O'Keefe
It actually is about cops when you have to depend on their evidence and one has been fired for behavior in this case. You don't think this plays into reasonable doubt?

But, Jen did call her sister Nicole and claims no one answered, but there is evidence someone did. A very short call. A head's up?.....hey we are on our way over...

Judge Cannone says: " I'll allow it".
That's how.
MOO

( This is why Alan Jackson went there on Friday, to get ahead of the preposterous Chloe Mold testimony and planted a big fat Reasonable Doubt directly to the jury)
Thanks!
I know that after trials it's not a common practice for jurors to criticize the judge but hopefully this jury is well aware of her bias.
I laughed on Friday when she addressed the jury and was all happy and bubbly ( a rarity) and thought she probably remembered that most juries say they loved their judges and for some reason actually questioned if her jury does.
How she even shows her face in the courthouse is mind-boggling.

She called Jen McCabe because Jen is Nicole's sister and she had her number, not because she and Jen are besties. Read would not have had the Albert's number, so she'd have to go through Jen.

Jen did call her sister at 5:07 (introduced during her testimony this time), but claimed on the stand she got no answer even though phone records indicate they talked for 37 seconds.

I happened to see some of Proctor's testimony from the last trial the other day, some of the ring videos that are missing, went missing after they had his phone. If anyone deleted videos, it wasn't KR. I think the specific question was about her returning to JOK's at 12:35, he said he did see that video but it was now gone. JMO because I'm not going to hunt it down ;)

BH HAS to have pretty bad liver damage, cardiac too. Just reading last nights posts about the drinking, many posts, descriptive, I was sooooooooooo alcohol logged feeling! FLOATING, awfuuuuuul. DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, in all the texts between BH and KR. Just I could never survive it! I mean how much can a body physically take is what I mean, seems daily for sure. I don't mean going out for drinks, I mean all that whisky down the neck sounded all day every day. Diabetes? IMO
Right?
Amazing too that BH was so open about how many drinks he already had before going to the Waterfall.
Either drinking or on his way to drink or got home and had a few drinks.
He musta thought he was texting/talking to one of his alkie buddies.
imo

You're right. Proctor was the one who was fiddlin' about with the Ring video on John's phone.

Kind of along the lines of the missing library footage? Remember the Canton IT guy who told Lally in the last trial that the CD Lally handed to him was NOT the same CD he handed to law enforcement? He wasn't happy about it either.

Proctor again? Karen certainly couldn't have pulled that feat off.

For me, the missing ring video explains part of the coverup. JM and KR both testified that Karen showed them the broken taillight. KR picked pieces out and threw them on the ground. Video is now missing and 4 pieces of small taillight all from the same area happen to be found by SERT that evening.

There’s just too many missing videos in this case to be a coincidence, IMO.

When Jen's sister Julie Albert testified she said she learned of JOK's death when she went to the Albert house at around 8am to drop off birthday donuts for Brian Jr.in his car which was in the driveway.
Why would she not call her sister back after seeing a 5am missed call.
Maybe she figured it was just another family butt-dial? lol

Surprised me that an officer's family wouldn't lock their car doors overnight.
BA senior came to the door and told her to come in.

If they’re in a high crime area where car break ins are a regular thing, they might leave car doors unlocked so that thieves won’t break the windows.

Do I believe it? No. Just as I don’t believe the Alberts leave their house door unlocked.

Thanks for your input and welcome aboard!

The only issue is the plow driver went past the house a couple of hours after Karen left and didn’t see a body on the lawn. Then he later went by and there was a ford edge parked in front of the house in the area where his body lay. I think the people inside put together a plan that said they would all say he wasn’t in the house and they threw everything outside, his phone, his drink glass etc. Got rid of Chloe that night since the very honest Jen McCabe said Chloe wasn’t in the Alberts’ bedroom when she went in and woke them up early in the morning.

Throw in the fact that all these loud vehicles with their lights on and with Karen screaming and everyone else talking loudly (paramedics, cops, firefighters) supposedly didn’t wake Brian and Nicole up even though their 2 bedroom windows faces the lawn. There is so much more but it’s early and I need coffee.
Watching a drive-by video of the Albert's house I was surprised how small the front lawn is and how close the flag pole is to the street.
In photos it's looks like a sprawling lawn which it is not.
imo

Video from when jurors drove by BA's house.

It's not a high crime area, but I live a few miles away and always lock our car doors because every few years there are kids who roam around opening unlocked car doors in the middle of the night and stealing loose change or items left in cars. They didn't break windows. Maybe the Alberts weren't concerned about that, BUT

Not locking their house? Don't believe it for a second. Brian Albert wasn't just any cop, he was the head of a Boston fugitive unit. Even starred in an episode of a TNT reality show called "Boston's Finest". The idea that someone like him wouldn't be careful about locking doors strains credulity to the breaking point. IMO.

It really is a short lawn when you see it in person. Brian and Nicole's bedroom windows were also the closet to the flagpole. Huge red flag.

Also, the fact that BA testified that he did not have security cams.
" Sure, Jan"......
Likely, he indeed had them, on all corners of his home. He had ample time to remove them before 6 am as well.

MOO

He testified he had one! Recent Christmas gift. Just never got around to bothering to install it.

Sure thing.

84 testimonies from first trial.
They're listed under video of opening statement.

"Lucky" is on the defense's witness list .
His testimony from the last trial is in the prosecution and defense witness link for this trial.

Jun 22, 2024 — Brian “Lucky” Loughran, the snow-plow driver, was the first witness for the defense, and what a breath of fresh air. He totally won the jury.
