Was just wondering how far they will take her illness. Some can get nasty!

"Oh my God, the gall of her, making the jury miss a day of court and wasting everyone's time. This just proves she is malicious enough to murder a man with her car" JMO

I know the CW tried to connect some bit of glass on Read's bumper to the clear glass found near the street but was unable to do so.
RSBM

"Hanley said the drinking glass matched with some of the glass pieces found at the crime scene on Fairview Road. Glass pieces found on the bumper of Read’s SUV were also consistent with glass pieces found at the scene."

So she drove all over in a snowstorm, and had her car towed, AND hit JOK's car and pieces of glass stayed on her bumper? They must have a really good department of transportation in Canton as it seems like there are no bumps on the road. JMO

ETA: And she backed up at +25 mph

From your link:

”None of the items on the bumper were deemed to match the cup, correct?” Jackson asked.

“Correct,” Hanley said.

Yes, that cup. But since first trial we learned he was potentially holding two glasses, including Karen's.

So where is the proof it matched the other cup?

I only saw one glass in John's hand when he left. At what point do you see two?

Fairview is a busy road that connects to multiple other roads. Clear glass could have come from anywhere at any time.

There were enough bumps/elevations in the road to trick John's phone into thinking he had climbed 3 flights of stairs though!

Maybe a lot did fall off and only a few pieces remained, due to bumper surface conditions. IMO

Right?

I didn't say I saw two. Karen said he took her glass from the cupholder in the car. It's been introduced into evidence during this trial.

So when he got out of the car at 34F with two glasses in his hands?

Oh, so that's why you said "potentially carrying two"?

Did you see her walk out with the Waterfall with a glass?

Begs a question as to why he'd want to carry two glasses into the Albert home and have his cell phone in his hand at the same time, no?

Third arm, Harmony. Isn't it obvious? JMO

Well the man managed to get hit so hard by a car that a taillight broke into 40 pieces but he didn't even suffer one broken bone.

There is video of John carrying a glass out of Waterfall, then Karen says he took her vodka glass with him when he got out of the car.

We don't know that he had his phone in his hand at the same time as holding the glasses. It is possible to put drinks down on the kerb, for example, while checking messages.
