Trooper Paul testified directly that 1164 was his testing of the Lexus. That’s locked in. From there, it’s simple logic based on the other times Karen’s car was turned on. We know:
1163 lines up with the Lexus being turned on as it was driven into the CPD sallyport off the tow truck.
1162 lines up with Proctor maneuvering the car to get it onto the tow truck.
1161 lines up with Karen (or her dad I don’t remember) driving from Canton to Dighton.
1160 lines up with Karen reversing out of 1 Meadows to look for John around 5am 1/29/22
That would mean that the cycle the night John died was 1159, not 1162.
We know those were the only times the car was powered on between recovery and testing. If 1162 = the “fatal reverse,” then what, the hit happened while Proctor was moving the car in custody? That’s absurd. This timeline doesn’t require a physics degree. It just requires counting backwards and paying attention to the chain of custody. MOO.
Ok KR's car bumping JOK's car... She bumped it enough to knock the snow off his car. This is one of his images.... I don't care what measurements were years later... this is an image that Brennan should have told him to skip. JMO
So, he says we don't know exactly how he was struck. But we still say he got hit. Give me a break. That is not proof of him being hit by that car because he wasn't. JMOO and ARCCA's
Having his car fixed the day after his death is suspicious. Wouldn’t that be the least of your concerns? The car was still drivable and the driver was dead, so why would anyone be worried about fixing it THAT DAY?

When? They said they will be done presenting their case in the next day or so. Don't think it's coming because they don't have the science to back that up. JMO

There is no testimony that his car was fixed at all.
His car repairman was at the house, that's all we know, with a lot of other visitors. Most likely paying his respects to the family the day after he died. IMO

Right. Especially weird since I believe neither his niece or nephew would be of driving age at the time, so it’s not like they needed the vehicle to be in perfect condition, and Karen had a vehicle already. I would love to know who called the repair person. Jen McCabe is the one who let slip he was there, did she call?
