Can we please add that the DA of MA, Mr Morrisey attempted to intervene with the IA and FBI investigation, in order to protect certain players?

See...none of that shady business will be allowed into this trial.

"Pretend it didn't happen, mmkay?"

The letters from Mr. Morrisey's office, trying to get information on the federal investigation into his office, are very interesting. But his public service announcement on the case wherein he says that there is no impropriety on behalf of the MA police in this investigation is clearly an attempt to divert the public's attention from looking further into this case. I'm afraid it had the opposite effect. Has Mr. Morrisey put out any updated statements, anyone know?

AJ's line of questioning is argumentative and is badgering the witness - moo

I can say that Alan Jackson's questioning rises the temperature and tension in a room, no doubt. It has to be intense in there, and the jury has to be feeling it.

Where's the malice aforethought? Nobody noticed KR and JO arguing at the Waterfall, or in a bad mood at all. If it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the Waterfall to Brian Albert's house, how does one go from getting along well to wanting to kill someone in the two minutes or less it would take to drive there?
RSBM
Completely agree.
This is why media and the prosecution keep using the word "volatile" to describe JO's and KR's relationship.
What they are really insinuating is that KR was a "crazy soon-to-be-ex girlfriend".
We will see texts of JO and KR arguing like any other couple, but the prosecution has to explain how someone would go from lovey-dovey to murderous rage so quickly that night.
So they need to describe KR as unhinged or unable to control her emotions.

what the...how in God's name did this case make it to trial..the dog and those wounds on poor JO's arms. You cannot be serious !!(this calls for McEnroe levels of incredulity).

Did the home have a walkout basement?
The witness just testified that the basement had a bulkhead. So yes. A basement bulkhead, also called a basement cellar door, basement hatchway or the brand name BILCO, is an insert that serves as the entry point for your basement or cellar. bulkhead.jpg
