There is great reason for conspiracy due to all the corruption by the police in that state. I posted earlier another guilty conviction from the Federal Department of Justice. If someone chooses not to read the articles, not to read all the threads since this trials beginning, not to investigate for themselves about the widespread police corruption then, the old saying is true about leading the horse to water. I'm sure the jurrors, bring residents of the state know about police corruption and will deliberate about it when discussing the case. MOO
There are a ton of threads to read though, and there is no possible way to "catch up" at this point. I jumped in during the first week of this trial... everyone has been great when I asked "dumb" questions LOL

Everyone should feel comfortable enough to ask a question, and we can help them play catch up :)

As for Richard Green and Judge Cannone...

In Feb 2026 pre T2 Judge Cannone
promptly denied Hank Brennan’s motion seeking to exclude Richard Green’s testimony on Jen McCabe’s incriminating 2:27am Google search.

This also means that Brennan’s attempt to force her to fly expert Green out for a Daubert hearing was also denied.

This was expected given Brennan’s request was based on issues with Green’s conclusions, or opinions, and not his qualifications.

His conclusions are dangerous to the prosecution.

What is suspicious about police leading an investigation looking at damage on a car collected as evidence?

The two police officers Bukhenik and Proctor's DNA was not on the taillight.
I would think it was less suspicious if the other camera angle didn't conveniently cut out at 5:07pm - 5:50pm

Mistaken or lied to 911 when she called?
If mistaken, did she amend her statement when testifying either time?
TYIA.
IMO.
Why would anyone lie about that?

Why would anyone lie about that?
Good question, but it didn't answer mine.
So, was she mistaken and admitted that on the stand, or did she lie?
TYIA again.

I think you are saying you hope the jury for Trial 2 can use testimony in Trail 1 as evidence? Is that right? I don’t think so.

I think Trial 2 has to be independent from trial 1 and anything the jury considers as evidence must be presented to them in Trial 2. They can’t be presented with Trial 1 as evidence.

Maybe an attorney here can confirm? I’m not sure I’m sure
IMO
No, I'm sorry if I wasn't clear. I meant that if defense wants the current jurors to consider anything that came out in Trial 1, they better ask trial witnesses questions that will introduce it to these new jurors. Many folks here keep talking about evidence and testimony from Trial 1, but the current jurors don't have that background. It doesn't really matter what came out in Trial 1 if these jurors haven't heard it in this 2nd Trial.

I apologize for any confusion. I said what you just said, but in a long-winded way. 😀

Or in my speculation, it fell off when he was dragged out of the house. It also explains how the blood got all over his shirt and the vomit found in his underwear. Not to mention his ripped back pocket of his jeans and grass stains on the back of his pants, which were not ripped or stained in the Waterfall video.
I’ve been wondering about the vomit. Who in either trial talks about it? Just curious what all they say regarding vomit and who said it. (I did not watch trial 1 other than recordings of certain witnesses when i want to see EXACTLY what was said, and I haven’t watched all of trial 2.) sorry if y’all have already had a big vomit discussion 😬

Wouldn’t this be par for the course if ARCCA was doing an investigation of LE that at this time was not public information and not even shared with the jury?

I’m asking not stating?

IMO
If you haven't already, you really should watch that voir dire, it explains how ARCCA got involved, the issues and questions about how that would work since it was the DOJ that originally hired them to do the testing, I think it took over a month for them to get the "okay" from the DOJ to testify in the first trial.

I don't think Dr. Wolfe knew that the defense was going to get a bill at the end of the last trial ((he was told the defense could not "retain them"). IIRC the bill was for their travel/time/expenses for testifying at the last trial (they were also pulled in for a voir dire last trial.. because ya know.. they aren't experts or something stupid like that.. waste of time IMO)

As for deleted texts, he said after the trial last year, he deleted texts, it is something that he typically does with clients when a case is over.

(I am NOT a text deleter LOL my husband on the other hand... who uses his phone for work, routinely deletes texts, each to their own lol )

Brennan tried really hard to keep ARCCA out IMO

At 18 °C, the brain can tolerate ten times longer periods of cardiac arrest than at 37 °C. When faced with a patient in cardiac arrest who is hypothermic, it is important to remember that they should not be declared dead until they have been rewarmed

Dr wolf mentioned rewarming JO before declaring him dead during his testimony.
Thank you for this

I know you can measure core body temp with an endotracheal tube- they can have a temperature sensor. So it makes sense that this would be how- when he was intubated by EMTs to help him breath.
Here in Texas we don’t have hypothermia issues often- so our EMTs probably don’t have them on hand- but I bet they have them in Mass.
In one of the interviews- KR mentions seeing a piece of glass on his nose and removing it and him bleeding. She also mentions seeing other bleeding. I would not think blood would be flowing if body temp was 80F

IMO

I watched the ER docs testimony from Trial 1 a week or so ago... I believe his temp was taken rectally. I'm still catching up haha not sure if anyone has answered you. Hope that helps, and to be clear.. that has not been in this trial, it was in the 1st one though ;)

Same here, calm and detached in a crisis, and quite annoyed by those that run around in circles getting nothing done but freaking out loudly.
I can say that- but I’ve not found a loved one bleeding and nearly dead and cold to touch.
That may freak me out in reality- not sure.

I don’t take the calmness in a crisis as something it isn’t.

IMO

I am normally the calm cool collected one.. I told this story before.. but a few years ago, my Dad died in his sleep in the middle of the night. My mom freaked out, woke up my daughter who lives with her... my daughter called me, freaking out, I couldn't understand a word, other than papa is gone... told her to call 911, she said I'll wait for you and hung up on me lol They live a block away... got there and I called 911.. when they asked for my address... keeping in mind I thought I was the cool collective one... I gave them MY address 😁 It's funny now... I felt so stupid then LOL But they were in such shock, that the 3 of them in that house couldn't even bring themselves to call 911.

I think that until we are in a situation, we just don't know. Now, if it was me that found my hubby like that? I might be the screaming hysterical one.. it's hard to know until we are in that situation.

I never said anything about pre-trial
ok .. I just listened to that clip.. he says he found deleted data FROM April 2022. Which means the phone was on at that point and someone must have deleted it. I don't recall his testimony from Trial 1, I might have to go back and listen.

Does the defense have an iphone witness? I thought they did... will have to wait to see if it comes up.

Yep! It was in Proctor's possession at that time.
