It was pretty powerful to have his friend read them. The friend seemed very honest and to be a valid witness. For that reason, his reading of the texts was great. His discomfort and disappointment in Proctor seemed palpable. I could almost feel it. Super powerful move.

I caught Officer Dever on the stand and it was a bad look for her and all LE imo.

Just answer the questions - if you have testified 12 times in court - you know that the CW will give you time to clean up if its necessary.

Big chip on her shoulder. And nasty. But street smart clever.

She got up there and protected her job like she was asked to by the Comissioner - he did not have to say the words - just the fact he called her in was enough.

I hope the jurors saw that.

He didn't "supposedly" send the text messages, he DID send them, there is no supposing about it. JMO

What I found extremely telling is that her claim to fame with the CW was accusing the defense of threatening her with perjury yet when she emailed the FBI questioning being charged with perjury she conveniently forgot to tell them that it was the defense who was threatening her. lol
