If she was lying - it could he easily proved by looking at the hours she worked - the defense didn’t do that. They simply attempted to muddy the waters
IMO
Hours worked?
In M00 if LE can delete videos, delete data. they can delete hours worked.

Dr. Russell is the most knowledgeable and expert witness placed on the stand to this point... And here we are almost through the entire trial.

He didn't "supposedly" send the text messages, he DID send them, there is no supposing about it. JMO
I meant with KR's vehicle in the Sally port and then possibly planting tail light evidence. The text messages without the context of questioning the actual person who wrote them.

Dr Russell says usually, a dog bite does not involve all the dogs teeth. It’s often just the front teeth. This is usually true because the person being bitten is struggling and pulling away.

So do you really think This investigation is just correct and lawful?

She says the canine teeth are the teeth to typically cause puncture wounds on the persons skin. She says dogs tend to ‘grip’ with their canines.

Dr Russell points out that the upper jaw typically makes more contact with the skin than the lower jaw.

Well after that Dever fiasco I guess the new conspiracy is Chief Berkowitz and Higgins did the staging? Surely Proctor would have been better than Dever to call. Ouch.
Dever was the one who made the statement. The defense didn’t conjure this up on their own as part of a new conspiracy.

Stifle the witness from telling how she got involved in this case but let the lying cop orate until the end of the day. Showing your bias again judge. JMOO

Types of injuries that can be caused to humans - minor scratches, puncture wounds by individual teeth, punctures by several teeth, several scraping abrasions (from teeth that don’t puncture the skin), bruising due to crushing force, and skin flapping or dangling loosely.

There are also wounds associated with nails and claws, such as long scratches and abrasions.

Dr Russell says she has seen dog bite wounds ranging from relatively minor to serious. She says trained L9’s tend to do the most damage, and that she saw these injuries because she was assigned to the jail ward. She says she also saw more minor injuries in the ER.

Dr Russell became interested in Karen’s case after reading or hearing some news about possible dog inflicted injuries. She reached out to an LA county DA, who got her in contact with Karen’s defense.

lets say there was a fight and someone else killed Jon..okay so it's manslaughter. Do you mean to tell me all these people lied and got involved in an elaborate covered up so that 1 LE associate wouldn't be charged in an accidental death that happened during a drunken confrontation? So that
there wouldn't be a civil suit filed against the home owners? That's a huge ask. I can see a motive here but I can't see all these people supporting this and lying all this time.

They are family, tight and there is only the few main players. LE of CPD is part of it for their own reasons, not all, just Albert's brother Kevin, Proctor's supervisor Yuri, Higgins bff with the then Chief Berkowitz. There are ties. Proctor is personal friends of them as well. The D.A. is running this show, the rest want to keep their jobs, not their self respect. It became a domino effect. Know nothing, look the other way, remember they did not expect to ever have to be on a witness stand in this.
