I personally do not feel that there needed to be a whole bunch of people that witnessed the fight. I believe it was likely BA and BH and possibly JM and NA who learned after the fact perhaps. I believe the rest of those involved either assisted the investigation by planting evidence, or simply went along with the narrative from those they know and love and their confirmation bias led them along.

Bottom line - JOK was not struck by a vehicle and looks very much like he was attacked by a dog, so I am not sure how else to figure everything else out other than KR is not guilty.

Dr Russell used wound pattern recognition and differential diagnosis while looking at John’s wounds. She testifies that she was able to come to a conclusion on the source and nature of the injuries to John’s arm. She believes the wounds were inflicted as the result of a dog attack.

KR unfortunately presented herself that morning to JenMc, sister in law to Brian Alberts wife at the time, when she frantically was looking for John, found him, questioned herself of what could of happened. Clearly the first stooge was to be a plower. This the lengths these people go to to protect the person that judge said is not to be considered as he was not there. HUGE discrepancy on that, there are phone call /texts that show different. This is not a trial run honestly as you may of seen in regards to the people of the house party and of course, their buddy, Proctor, lead investigator at the time before fired from the MA state police for his behavior and lack of it..the mess of chain of custody of JOK's clothing, the deletion of vid following KR's drive (to show tail light condit), ohhh sooo much. IMO

Hard to reconcile this decision with the idea the Judge is biased or corrupt.

She could easily have kept these out, but did not because she made the decision on the merits as she sees them. Brennan could be justifiably miffed with the decision.

Absolutely key decision for the defence as it seems they are scared to call Proctor for some reason.

What they do want to show is that JOK did not die from being struck by a motor vehicle.
They want their defense to be precise and concise, (especially since JBC is constantly hurrying both the d attorneys and their witnesses along).

AJ wallowed in that content for hours last time! It was some of the best moments of the case for the defence. There's no way this was as powerful as AJ pulling wings off the fly with individual words last time. And they don't get any of the staging allegations this way

Instead AJ now seems to have a brand new theory that Higgins and Chief Berkowitz staged the tail light and the Police Commissioner is in on it.

Again, not a new theory. Just like rejecting 1162-2 was not a new theory. They’re not being allowed to mention it. Berkowitz and Higgins being involved doesn’t mean others are involved.

When you are working on a jigsaw puzzle, upon picking up each new piece, do you declare that the other pieces must not be needed to solve the puzzle?

Edited for clarity: The defense was limited on how much of 1162-2 they were able to bring up. I anticipate it may resurface with the other accident reconstruction witnesses
