Repeat after me: Shanon Burgess in M00
The academic fraud was a great witness according to the same ones bashing this witness.

So interesting to read your opinion.

I have never heard of anyone having such a specific "false" memory. She was so sure of seeing the two men in the sally port that she relayed it all to the FBI - with specifics - including Karen Read's exact car.. that Brian Higgins had been at the party and was a witness...
It was only after the Feds released information in this case, including her fbi interview, before the second trial that she decided she had a false memory..
Karen Read’s trial is postponed after feds release tidal wave of data on murder case

It seems to me that once this info was public it was not good for her career and her LE friends told her that. So she recanted. So I very much believe that the FBI still has an eye on her at BPD despite whatever they told her.

I don't fault her as she is very young and I think she got caught in a pickle.
There seemed to be no good alternative for her. I felt I could see that on her face as she tried to weigh her answers before committing to them.
I am only sorry that she did not have a trusted adult to go to that had her long term best interest at heart.

These life decisions are so hard - the old Two Roads diverged. I hope she feels she chose wisely.
JMO
Another person in Dever's position might have realized they are unethical, self-serving and not cut out for a job that involves things like 'justice' or 'the rule of law'.

Alas, that is perhaps asking too much.

So young and already so compromised.

The rot starts early, doesn't it?

NONE of them testified to the GRAND JURY that she said that. Not JMC, Kerrie, the EMT's or CPD members there. WHY> Didn't dare lie or get looked into there. WHY in these trials they do, very boldly. What makes them comfortable in able to lie, change their stories now? The court environment? IMO
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!

I have read that dogs may not salivate enough when they bite to leave enough DNA behind to yield a quality sample.
All dogs shed as well, so unfortunate again, no investigation into the house and we only know that JOK'S clothing , socks, etc were all contaminated, thoughts are washed as well in the house, (alll that bleach, Nicole lovvvvves to bleach, even at a party after midnight per JMc her sister.). Some breeds shed less, but the hairless ones do not, just dander, well, evidence of themselves! IMO

No warrant was ever issued for 34 Fairview
RSBM

Again, this fact alone should have the eyebrows of the jury members raised to the back of the neck

Finally, there is no evidence that John O'Keefe went into 34F.
Yes, as was shown through a thorough examination of 34F after the appropriate search warrant was obtained.

*checks notes*

Oh, wait

There’s too much reasonable doubt in this case regardless if she is actually guilty or not, I do not believe JOK was hit by a car but we will never know for certain thanks to Proctor and all the other LE officers who contributed to one of the worst investigations I’ve ever seen

Moo

Pattern recognition minus the pattern

They probably weren’t ASKED

IMO
You NAILED this one.

As we know in grand jury proceedings, witnesses are typically asked questions and expected to answer truthfully.

While a witness is nottttttt obligated to volunteer information that they haven't been specifically asked about, they must answer truthfully and fully to all relevant questions. *cough cough*

In M00 it's pretty simple. They never were asked about "I hit him" so they kept their traps shut.

Now THATS sad!!!

She was dog agressive and that’s why she was re-homed 4 months after John’s death
Imo
She also was people aggressive

Yannetti now talking about Brian Albert’s dog Chloe. He says Canton animal control records show dog had attacked 2 people and both went to hospital. Defense argues gashes on O’Keefe’s arm are dog bites.

Did she bite the people as they were trying to rescue their own dog? That’s a bit different from biting people without dogs.

Someone needs to ask Dr Russell about the BASIS FOR ALL FORENSICS

In forensics, transfer evidence is called **trace evidence**. This refers to small, often microscopic materials that are transferred from one surface or object to another due to contact, such as fibers, hair, skin cells, saliva, or other residues. The concept is rooted in Locard's Exchange Principle, which states that "every contact leaves a trace," meaning a perpetrator will both leave evidence at a crime scene and take evidence away.

It’s interesting to note that the CW has offered “experts” of tremendously inferior quality. Is it because more qualified experts wanted no part of this case??? Especially when CW wanted what they needed to be testified to???

Not IMO. Putting teeth on any human being shows a dog is dangerous and unpredictable.

Take away the arm wounds and what bodily injuries indicate JO was ever hit by a vehicle? The CW says his head wound was received post impact, via the ground. So what?; a half centimetre bruise on a knee and an abrasion above an eyebrow? And he was projected by an impact 8 feet/ 12 feet or whatever it was to where he was found? There is no evidence a car ever did anything to John O'Keefe Imo.

Says a lot. BA and BH all knew exactly what to say and not, oh and nor forget the main topic on this JMc. SHE is hugely lawyered up and was at that time. Top atty in homicides in the area for the defense. BIG bucks, I wonder how, but she got a massively expensive one. She along with the rest of the team were heavily instructed on what and what not, from 'the best'. Clearly he knew lieing in court would be fine though, ways around it without being charged with perjury up the road.. not sure how though. IMO

Exactly!
Just like the tail light.
