I took a minute to see it admittedly . Most people only like the judge if they feel she is on their side. SoYo She is definitely ,something.

I drive down a street, any day of the year, and if I know someone that lives in a house on that street, I tend to look at it more. This is not rocket science, it is common sense. It does not strike me as odd that he would be more heightened to look at that house, and especially if there was a vehicle parked out front in the middle of the night when it shouldn't have been. Do not even care what times he passed... it was after midnight... it was more then 1 time, he had big lights, and knew the house.

IIRC, the CW never interviewed Lucky. Turtleboy/Kearney was the one who found him and interviewed him about what he saw that morning.
