I've just seen 2 previous video clips of Turtleboy speaking out to Lucky on twitter, is it okay to post them to here or maybe posters have seen the previously?
They're not very nice and I really feel for Lucky, he seems like such a sweet man.

Once again another witness Brennan tries to intimidate and badgers where the jury will look negatively on the CW

Why did Hank even take this case he should stick to his defense practice, moo

IIRC, the CW never interviewed Lucky. Turtleboy/Kearney was the one who found him and interviewed him about what he saw that morning.
Actually, I don't think this is true. I just read the article (quickly) that TB did in June of 2023. At that point, Lucky had already spoke to the defense PI and I am not sure when he talked to the FBI or MSP. He said in testimony that he spoke to the defense PI 2 weeks after Jan 29th 2022.

Now, that said, TB might want to take credit for it, if that is what he has said (I don't know?), but it was not him lol I think that at the time, by the looks of that article, TB didn't think that Lucky had talked to anyone, when in fact he had, just because TB didn't know about it, didn't make it a fact ;)

I am unsure if I can link the article. But TB just posted a link to the article Brennan mentioned.

So Lucky lied to the FBI?

And he did perjury? If we are apply Jen standards?

Or is the guy just worthless as a witness? He changed his time within 60 seconds and neither were the ones he told the FBI or used in court.

My guess he has no decent idea what times he was there.

IMO

From the article I just read, he thought Lucky hadn't talked to anyone, Lucky knew he had, Lucky would have had no pressure to tell his story after that article, he had already told it as far as I can tell?

Yes. Literally:

Davis had words of admiration for Bulger co-counsel Hank Brennan: “He put up a good fight. He’s a good attorney I’d hire him in a second.”

I doubt that Bulger had good words for him.
But we would need a Ouija board to find out for sure.
IMO.

I have no idea why the defense puts this guy on the stand. He's awful. Even if you believe his testimony, you have to then think all the electronic data is a lie... all of it... along with just about every witness.

Then, you have to believe JO was attacked inside the house. The murderers let him remain wounded for hours without aid. Then, decided the best thing to do was drag him out into the front yard to die in the snow.

That's a pretty heavy lift <modsnip>

Did y’all notice the cameraman zooming in on Turtle Boy while they were talking about him.

Yeah - truly terrible witness. Not his fault of course.

But the fact that he gave a version to the FBI, and now says he never told them that - oh dear.

So how do you explain John not having frostbite despite him laying in the freezing cold for 5 hours? That's hard to explain for the most diehard Karen is the devil people.

vigorous questioning- OK but I really have not seen some one make up statements and see if the witness will agree to them esp when this was several years ago. kind of shady.

Have to say, that was pretty funny watching the snow plow going past Fairview, on Cedarcrest, think it was about 10 passes in half hour or so. On a few inches of snow.

No wonder he couldn't remember what time he passed 😂

Must have been when he actually did see the Ford Edge outside the house, from Cedarcrest. Kerry's car. Mystery over. IMO

First reason to call him is... he may have been the only one that night that drove by that house after 12:30am and looked at it that was NOT drunk. Contacts or not, the guy was just able to identify, in a really bad video in the courtroom, Frankentruck and a contractors plow LOL

But right... a blogger influened him to testify.

This is the content of one of the vids, paraphrasing....
Lucky, Mr Lucky.. You know who you are and you know what you did and you know what you're hiding and what you said.... And I know s**t and I know all about you and you're going to be seeing me Sir... and I highly recommend you reach out to me Sir before I put all this out there... you've been talking to Brian Albert ...3 calls... I know that for fact

He makes my skin crawl seeing him on the live court stream now

Interesting strategy by the CW. A civilian witness is so easily pressured and threatened by an "online blogger" to make them testify a certain way, but it's nothing to see here when a rookie officer is pulled into a meeting with the *police commissioner* (with no others present, IIRC) and the officer's story changes from what they previously told the FBI.

That's a pretty heavy lift even for the most devoted "KR is innocent/not guity" disciples.
Not in the least. Actually, it makes perfect sense when you realize that they all thought Lucky was slow and made fun of him behind his back. So they figured they would blame it on him. And when you say the electronic data, do you mean the data that shows that JOK turned his phone off AFTER the trigger event and that KR would have needed to get to JOKs house in 4 minutes during a blizzard in an area she was unfamiliar with?

Ok, but my point is... it didn't matter what TB said .. Lucky had already talked to 'someone'... and possible multiple 'someones'... so how could anything TB said influence him to come forward when he already had?

I would actually be more concerned that Lucky was pressured to say or not say something from a family that didn't want to get involved in the "episode" and who he had a lifelong connection with than a random blogger JMO

So we are to believe, according to the CW, that Lucky is intimidated by Turtle Boy, but not by the entire McAlbert clan?
