Brennan can’t attack the content of his testimony. With every defense witness, the strategy is to make it seem like they’ve been influenced to lie. He’s going to attack the motive.

This is my point somewhat .... leaving the jury to guess/imagine/"accept the vagueness" of what a "side-swipe" entails is utterly deceitful .... but did Welcher actually describe it with pics/diagrams/videos etc? I would be happy to wade thro his testimony vids if he did, just don't want to waste my time if was all just vagueness ..

Especially when you later see multiple cops out front of that house the same night. The memory is gonna stand out.

I wonder why there was no video obtained of when Lucky pulled his Frankentruck over to let the cops pass. That would’ve shown the exact time and place where he was located on his third pass.

I have no idea why the defense puts this guy on the stand. He's awful. Even if you believe his testimony, you have to then think all the electronic data is a lie... all of it... along with just about every witness.

Then, you have to believe JO was attacked inside the house. The murderers let him remain wounded for hours without aid. Then, decided the best thing to do was drag him out into the front yard to die in the snow.

That's a pretty heavy lift even for the most devoted "KR is innocent/not guity" disciples.

IMO, Lucky’s doing a great job. He comes off as honest and doing his best to recall details.

I’m not married to the conspiracy theory, but can understand why others might be. We’ve got dueling experts on the electronic data so, to me, they somewhat cancel each other out. I found Mr. Disogra the most educated and experienced. I appreciated his insight into Dr. Welcher and Shanon’s (with one N) research and testimony. I wonder why Aperture has since removed Shanon’s (with one N) CV? In addition, why is Dr. Welcher’s CV imprinted with “not for expert designation”. hmmm?

Not ONE medical doctor has indicated John had wounds consistent with a deadly vehicle strike.

The video of KR’s vehicle being towed from the Read’s home was a HUGE blow to the prosecution’s case. I saw the taillight was only missing a piece and not the entire tailight (or most of it) as the CW has alleged. How did the remaining pieces of taillight get knocked out and end up at 34 Fairview?

Officer JOK had vomit and blood running down the front of shirt and into the top part of his underpants. At some point, not in KR’s car, his upper body was sitting vertically in order for the fluids to run down the front of his body.

No dirt, debris, etc. were located in that horrible head wound.

I know there’s additional information that has convinced me, BARD, that she is not guilty. I’m typing this in between meetings at work, so forgive any typos!

To me, most everything else is noise. IMO

It doesn’t matter how many documentaries she sat for, how many times she allegedly said ‘I hit him’, whether the dog bit him or not, if Lucky saw the dumpster, the number of angry, drunken voicemails or texts, there is 0 evidence he was hit by a vehicle. If the CW alleges he was killed (murdered) by a vehicle strike, I would expect SOME expert to testify to that fact. I would expect some evidence of him being hit by a vehicle.

And to add an additional layer of ludicrousness (did I just make that word up? Lol), Dr. Welcher said he was showing a sideswipe or a clip of KR’s car to JOK with his blue paint. Dr. Russell testified that his ‘experiment’ showed a direct hit, not a sideswipe or clip. Dr. Welcher, as a bio mechanical engineer/accident reconstructionist, he should have known the difference.

The issue appears to be not whether TB made the threats, but foundational because Lucky says he didn't know about them. Which seems a very clever answer.

The whole thing is a disgrace and I hope they get it in somehow on rebuttal.

We have the only non-alcoholic resident of Canton testifying right now! Karina is extremely pretty, confident and likable. She is friends with the Alberts, the McCabes and JOK through their kids and their various sports teams.

She knew Karen and liked her very much. She was with everyone at the Waterfall that night and said JOK was very sweet with Karen and gave Karen a little spontaneous kiss on the forehead.
