Dismissed for the day. Jury will show up a half hour later than normal tomorrow, but it’s still a ‘full day’.
And there was a prolonged discussion between the judge and defense as well, lol. It really happened.Numerous posters have posted what happened
I don't know how long it took them to realize Hank lied. Maybe it even shocked them how low the dirty, mob lawyer would sink.Just watched the hoodie display and questions. It seems the defense didn't even realize Brennan was wrong. They said nothing at the time it happened. Brennan sat down and Jackson began re-direct about Dr Whelcher using a 50% dummy, the force calculations on the hybrid arm, then the shard pieces size, the "tin" with the shards and not one question about the hoodie. Then a sidbar, then Brennan re-cross we're back to questions about velocity, another sidebar. How long did it take for the defense to realize Brennan misspoke about the hoodie tears?
1000% qualifiedI did not go to dog bite university. However, sadly, I witnessed our family dog bite my husband. IMO the resulting injury caused by that attack looked just like JOK's arm. Regrettably, the defense is not being allowed to address the potential for JOK's arm injury being due to a dog bite. It is clear Laposata would be qualified to clarify the cause of the arm injuries.
I think KR realized it first. She had dates for Alessi and exhibit pics on her laptop.I don't know how long it took them to realize Hank lied. Maybe it even shocked them how low the dirty, mob lawyer would sink.
After seeing the prosecution's direct evidence. Especially helpful was the evidence given by Dr Welcher. JO was never in the house. His cell phone synced with the Lexus clock proves that as well as backs up the physical evidence of shards, tail light and glass, found around, under and on JO's clothing, the straw, the shoe and yes the injuries to JO. The defense witnesses, expert and regular, testimonies falling apart under cross just cemented it. Also I cannot overstate just how important KR's own words, her outright lies and then her change of story after being arrested have been in the complete picture too. AJMOI’m wondering when you decided KR was guilty? I find it so interesting that you and I are watching the same trial and our opinions are diametrically opposed. Imo
A whole lot of extremes, yes.I’m sure this would be the feeling if a relative was on trial for their life JMO

I see the whole thing in a much different light. I understand why the defense wants to almost hysterically bloviate every thing they possible can, their case is not going well. It's going well enough that they don't have to lie about evidence like brennan does. JMOOI see the whole thing in a much different light. I understand why the defense wants to almost hysterically bloviate every thing they possible can, their case is not going well. AJMO
…and doing it pro bono…that says a lot to me about how he really feels about her guilt/innocence. ImoNo, he decided to call Brennan out on his attempted deception, as he should. He is fighting for his clients life against a sneaky CW and a biased judge. He's doing his job, and is doing it very well.
What Brennan did was an affront to KR's right to have a fair trial.
If I or one of my loved ones are ever in the position to need an attorney, I would want an Alessi, a Jackson, or a Yanetti, not a failed mob attorney who plays fast and loose with the rules.
IMO JMO and all that jazz.
RSBMJO was never in the house.
So do you think the defense will subpoena him and ask him about that? They'll have to right?Nah. It's overwhelmingly obvious that Michael Proctor planted the physical evidence.
