Is Jackson done?

Every time there is mention of the vomit down his front I think, 'yup, that's from when John was propped up somewhere in the house'.
Or garage? I still think the deed was done in basement since that was where the remodeling was done.

Bring out the bleach, turn up the tunes!

Dr. LaPosata is an excellent witness and is explaining things very well. I like how she answers quickly so HB can't get objection in before answer. He will have a tough cross with her.
I agree - I don't think she suffers fools lightly and can certainly hold her own. We will see shortly.
The jury will not take well to him hovering over her and spitting out his insinuations IMO

That is unbelievable as usual. Yet it is happening. She is unconscionable. Moo
i have watched many trials and this is so blatant ..a clear attempt to stiffle the defense. I only hope they can connect with the jury and that jury does not blame them for so many delays

they are showing the jury autopsy photos... the back of the head wound... she is explaining to the jury why she thinks he hit a ridged surface, pointing out it had some granularity to it, pointing out the lines above and below the laceration.

He went back on some object that had a ridge on it, it wasn't smooth, it was grainy things sticking up on it ... she would give that info to LE and they could go back and find what caused it.

My words... like a cement step?

Jackson just asked about inside the garage at the scene. Sustained.

Sounds more like an asphalt curb to me. Jmo

Is Jackson done?
no but might be if Bev tells him to stop...would not put it past her. I defended her in the early days of the trial..no more...too obvious.

AJ on fire today and telling the Judge how he really feels. The Judge would be remiss to not listen to him. She cut that voire dire short yesterday for Dr Laposada.
She is being backed into a corner on this one
Here come shady Brennan -
JMO
I love it when AJ is on fire! 🔥

IMO, when it's HB's turn he will most certainly attempt to tie Dr Laprosada into a pretzel. He is so good at that, especially when the judge allows it. In the meantime, Alan Jackson isn't quite finished yet.

Poor Dr. Laposata is breathing so heavily. I hope she's okay.
IMO.
She was yesterday, too. ☹️. It makes me anxious for her.

I don't think he'll be able to do much with her. She knows herself and her field too well and this is medical testimony. Unless he tries another misleading stunt, but even he must realise some limits at this point. Jmo

It's remarkable that after years of claiming John was only put out to die in the cold much later by the real killer(s), now the defence claim John died in 30 mins?

What about Jen's phone search then?

Of course the jury won't know how this pivot to a quick death in the garage is wildly inconsistent with defence theories up until trial ...

IMO

Sorry Welcher, there were xrays taken after all.

she appears to have a breathing problem and given her knowledge I assume it is managed.

X-rays were taken. So much for that Brennan. He tried to stop these coming in. He is in the role of responsible prosecutor, huh?

No fractures of any sort, hairline or otherwise on the right arm.

@KristinaRex

FYI, Dr. Rentschler is in the hall and I heard lawyers tell him they think he'll back called before the luncheon break. He's expected to be the defense's final witness. #WBZ

Dr. Aizik Wolf is a world-renowned neurosurgeon.

Dr. Aizik Wolf, a neurosurgeon, testified extensively about O'Keefe's injuries, describing them as consistent with a fall backward, leading to a "coup contre coup" brain injury. He explained the mechanics of such injuries, emphasizing that O'Keefe likely did not die immediately but succumbed to a combination of brain swelling and hypothermia.
