Dr. Laposata knows how to answer Brennan. Impressed with her.

Dr. Laposata has no problem correcting Brennan and has done so several times. It's actually making me smile because she is taking none of his stuff.

I don't see that anyone has posted this... BUT...

Dr. Welcher's "no xrays taken" moment is now gone.

Dr. Laposta testified to the xrays that were taken and that they did NOT show any fractures, hairline fractures, etc.

......aaand JBC " allows" the pretzel making....
Dr Laposata is NOT a Neurosurgeon...

sigh....

This doc and Dr. Russel have been the most helpful to the case. I like how relaxed they are but at the same time show annoyance when EVERRYTHING is objected to. She makes a face like well what am i here for if not to answer RELEVANT medical questions. I like this lady!

The ulcer thing (lack there of) is totally new info to me. VERY convincing. Of course I’ll google later to see examples for myself so i can literally SEE how convincing

There were X-rays! Another lie Brennan had to have known about.

This kangaroo court case is so frustrating, CW is just allowed to lie and obfuscate, ridiculous moo

Thanks for updating. I suddenly lost the sound at the very moment Brennan stood up.

Oh and i want to look for star spread wounds to see the difference in the laceration and that of a fall

Right! Didn't even think of that. But of course, if we all recall, the defense was NOT allowed to ask questions to Welcher about the ME's autopsy report.

This is a good example of why that ruling was terrible. Welcher was allowed to state something as fact when it was 100% false, and he couldn't be challenged on it.

Dirty play all the way. Is he in the role of responsible prosecutor or not? He has the burden right? Must be confusing for the jury but I think they'll figure it out now. Jmo

I love her, she answers Brennan perfectly!

Brennan, there are such things as non survivable brain injuries, accept that fact!! You are not a neurosurgeon. JMOO

I love her. Brennan can not get to her. Every time he tries she comes right back.
Correcting him even more now. It's great.

You're not missing anything but brennan pretending to be a neurosurgeon. JMOO

And pronouncing the words incorrectly and her immediately correcting him! LOL!

Why didn’t the CW want her to talk about the skin breaking when hit by a car?

Imo that is exactly why the defense was not allowed to question Welcher on Scordi Bello's report even though he had reviewed it.

Wow, IIRC wasn't that one of Welcher's issues he brought up to argue that he perhaps had hairline fractures?
