Like the jury I am FED UP with Hank Brennan and his nasty attitude abetted by the court

Very noticeable! Hard to watch even though the Dr is handling Brennan very well. HB is losing his cool though and the Judge better do something about it.

Brennan seemed VERY concerned about xrays.

Wants to discredit anything to do with those xrays!

He might not want to call back Welcher....so will Welcher say he never saw those xrays.....or he lied on the stand. Either way prosecution is COOKED.

She's not fit to oversee this case IMO. I hope she faces consequences after this farce comes to an end.

I am concerned about what she said to each juror separately when she spoke with them, a few weeks ago, taking up about an hour or more of the Court's morning. I'm assuming the attorneys were present when this happened and they could hear what she was saying to each individual juror, and it's in the court record? INAL. I wonder if anyone can confirm my assumptions. Thank you!

Once this is over, would a transcript be available to the public at any point?

But yet they chose to do this bogus test and present it as science ( so dishonest)
How many other times have they done the same thing and their info had the weight to put people in jail or denied insurance claims with bogus or at best misleading data.

Someone needs to do a audit of that company. It's unconscionable in my world.

They were a hired gun. They CHOSE to not do any real testing because they admitted they didn't know what the results would be and they didn't want to explain on the stand. Disgraceful

how do we know these marks didn't happen prior to the incident? How do we know those aren't from a fight that happened in the car. how do we know? how do we know those aren't from keys or fingernails?

This is all usual in a high stakes trial.

We had 2 dog bite experts…oh, wait…1 dog bite expert and 1 animal bit expert. They both identified those abrasions as dog/animal bites. moo. I’m a little behind the live trial, so I just heard Rentschler testify that the taillight did not cause those injuries.
