I have no idea what exactly hank is trying to say here, He's all over the place. No order, no pattern, he's just shouting a bunch of things.
Hopefully no spittle reaches the jury box.

it was brilliant i agree made it personal...I just feel like I have heard that objected to before. clearly there is an agreement on closings here they agreed on no objections.
I think you might be right... because a few things Brennan has said, I'd have objected if I was the defense.
and no objections during Jackson's closing too.

No doubt there was a collision? What?

If I were a juror, I’d be thinking about ‘Acute grief response’ right now.

I know it doesn't reconcile.. BUT...

I was a bit surprised when AJ, whose closing I think was masterful and engaging, mentioned something about community and how they owe the NG verdict to them or something. I thought that was a stretch.
Not a stretch at all, considering a guilty verdict assumes they agree with the investigation done by Michael Proctor et al, which does not prove KR hit JOK with her car. If people want a just society, they vote NG to stop police corruption or incompetence in their community.

I would be wanting to stand up and walk outside right now. They trained this jury of sidebah's every 15 minutes.

Maybe the defense forwent their curative instruction re hoodie gate in exchange for open slather in closing. A fitting punishment for Brennan's ethical violations perhaps. Could account for the delay and the smiles.

Brennan also slowed down one of Karen's videos to make it seems she was drunk in an interview. <modsnip>
I wondered why she appeared to be slurring her words!

His constant banging on the podium is ridiculous! I guess he thinks it helps him emphasize his points but I find it completely aggravating and overdone.

I lost count of how many times he has said "I hit him".....Use up that hour and 15 minutes repeating "I hit him". How pathetic.

He daaaaares to call those lieing trash the core of the community. Wonderful jen, nuttall.. Peg is believing brennan.. with the I hit him...I can tell.. bogeyman proctor??? So dismissive he is of the facts about proctor for sure. 'GOOD PEOPLE'.. the slides to ME seem .. useless. as the jury knows this was KR in the BEGINNING, of what she felt and thought AT the time. GUy behind Johns father is John's long friend who believes Brennan.. too.. I mean that KR killed him.. how dumb. Oh I am sick what he is going on about. Jenn trying to help KR.. stop saying crazy things.... trying to HELP her..

That screws up 1162 , so they can say it is crap or we can. IMO
Right!?! Did Aperture account for whatever mileage Karen may have driven when driving around for 28 minutes when they assigned that key cycle to that particular time?

and it was a good argument by Jackson... even up until a few days ago.. not only was LEO's willing to make things up/plant evidence... the CW/Brennan was willing to make up evidence, commit a fraud on the jury in an effort to convict her.

He says it in closing but he never proved it. Meaningless. AJ educated the jury about what to expect from the CW. He called their whole case one big fraud and showed them why.
