Ok... furious and raging I missed defense and AJ FROM my readings here that took a long time.. as i ran in and it was Brennan up... I HEARD HIM SAY, JEN, A SOCCER MOM.. It sounds to me that brennan is saying really stupid sounding things??? I hope. I will def put on AJ DEFENSE after though, just for the historic and epic soundingness he did.. I was stunned earlier to read that John went to pizza looking for Kevin.. never was that said before. ok..

hmmm I know it was implied in the first trial... I am not sure if it came out like that in any testimony in this trial.

I do believe they "said" they looked for video.. isn't that part of "missing" video (maybe it didn't show what they were hoping.. that she went there before Jen's? Conveniently went missing?)

it was brilliant i agree made it personal...I just feel like I have heard that objected to before. clearly there is an agreement on closings here they agreed on no objections.

I was going to write down all of Brennan lies but too many and just hope he has not gotten to one of the jurors.

I used to be so pro prosecution and LE but the amount of outright shadiness and lying I have seen over far too many cases has completely changed my mind.
