SHE herself described herself as a soccer mom, I believe, just a normal mom, in this trial. That type. It's a term. If you know of it. IMO

Brennan was trying hard to make her relatable. Describe her as just your every day soccer mom once, but any more it’s trying way too hard.

At 12:45 Jen stated clearly she could see KR's vehicle. And stated there was nobody on the ground.

Yes! They knew exactly where to place him because they saw Karen’s vehicle. Just on the single fact that they didn’t come out of the house to see what was happening in their front yard is so telling. That’s downright stupid. Anytime you see a cop car near your house you naturally want to know what’s going on. This wasn’t just a single cop car in their front yard and they didn’t even look out the window. Nonsense.

Until Hank’s closing this morning, I had forgotten that KR called Jen at around 5am on 1/29, in self preservation mode, saying she had left John at the Waterfall. And then she called Kerri, pivoted, and said that John had been hit by a plow and was dead. It really begs the question- hos did she already know that John had been hit by a vehicle and was lying by the side of the road before her 6am trip to 34FV? I think Hank said a lot of dumb things the last few weeks, but he really stitched that together well.

I think Hank said a lot of dumb things the last few weeks, but he really stitched that together well, and no one can argue it was fiction or lies since we heard those words tumble directly out of KR’s mouth.

And she sure had a LOT to say on Television. I will have to unplug from the internet and my television if she's found not guilty. She'll be plastered on every show that airs and every podcast with a hot mic. <eyes rolling> Then comes the book. Hell, she'll be a consultant on every case AJ has in the future. She'll be working in his office, a la Casey Anthony style.

I can't wait until she writes a book. I'm buying it. I think she will go to law school and then defend those who are unjustly accused. She's a good person who has suffered too long and for no reason. Imo

I think small pieces (they actually were NOT microscopic) would be easy to "make" while breaking pieces.

I actually have a vehicle with a broken taillight, maybe I will see what my hubby did with the pieces and will smash a piece with a hammer and see haha (we noticed it a few weeks ago... it's the back passenger tail light... ironic lol and no idea how it happened while parked)

Put the piece of taillight in a paper bag and hammer it. I used to do this method with pottery in making mosaics.

I understand I am in the minority here. I'm sure you will all get your wish of a not guilty verdict. And if that's the case, then I'll settle for the fact that KR at least has had to sit in a courtroom and go through the process. And perhaps the next guy she sets her sights on will have seen or read <modsnip> and steer clear of her.

KR is an educated, professional and self made woman. She has handled this ordeal well, she stood strong throughout…even with her illness. She had to hear “she leaks poo” again. I think she will be thought of in a positive light.

Jen also claimed she saw Karen's suv directly in front of the front door. Not by the flag pole. But, then she claimed she saw the suv move several times...and no jeep. She kept changing her testimony.

ALSO, I don't think he was reading the jury pool of course, there is a 20 ish old young guy on there. Soccer moms, the term, refers to a type, rah rah, suburban living, usually in the mcmansiony homes, large spency SUV'S. Always with the kids sports. Hmm. so yes, outward only appearance is JMc a 'soccer mom'. WHAT lies behind Brennan's version. IMO

This has got to be the most mind blowing case I have seen.
I get to somewhere and then I trip on something stupid.
The mail box was at the back bumper of BH's jeep ,the plow should have been where Jen is talking about.

Yes and we know that Jen saw where they were parked. She testified looking out of the storm door at it multiple times.

Why did Karen drive towards the Waterfall in the early morning hour if she KNEW she had hit him? They have video of her driving that way. Surely she didn't do that because she knew that camera was there?

The plow thing is odd.. BUT.. from locals that post here, it's a thing there. A bunch of cops out drinking.. were they talking about it that night? Did it come up in conversation?

I think she didn't know the address of the Albert's. I think the only person she did "know" in the area was Kerri. Kerri didn't know the others group.

I still have some questions too. And I don't know whether I believe any of them, I think memories in a situation like that, with the alcohol added in, are just not good or easily influenced (look at KRobert's testimony, and she was not drinking until the wee hours of the morning that I know of)

But it is really hard to not believe the experts that say he was not hit by a car and the marks on his arm are from a dog.

And when she called 911 from a cops house about another cop who was injured she says it’s a man (paraphrasing). No mention of JO being the guy or a police officer. I would have run to the house to tell them it’s JO, one of their own. All hands on deck for a fellow cop.

He was heard I believe on the retrieved calls while they were driving to Fairview, asking for directions to JMc.
