It’s absolutely ethical. Our right to gather and protest is protected speech. Absolutely! Are you from the US? You can’t block one’s right to gather and protest because you don’t like the message. They are abiding by the buffer zone.

What wouldn't be ethical would be to deny that right to gather and protest.
They've been quiet, orderly, and peaceful.

Judge Cannone will not assign a time to OUI because it’s not in the indictment.

It's really good that they are!. Thank God this jury is taking their instructions and duties seriously re BARD and asking intelligent questions. IMO not long to Ng on all counts, except possibly the OUI lesser, but even then they may find Brennan hasn't met the burden for that one either. Yes, fingers crossed today. Moo

there is no question the part about being in the limelight and crowds as if she were some "star" she is sort enjoying that. Would she prefer it never happened? Of course. But at this point she intends to embrace it....she won't have drivers, hotels and restaurants at her disposal when this is over. Will she get some great paid interviews? For sure. She will enjoy the ride if NG.

As an aside, I think she is going to have a VERY difficult time parting ways with the team.

She talked about how the drinks were weak so she ordered an extra shot to go with them, IIRC. The CW added them up using the bar videos.

AJ: The law is that the jury do not have to give the video statements weight equal to other evidence. The weight of the clips should be whatever the jury deems appropriate.
