The phone and car data proved it, as well as the actions and words of KR. ALL just my opinion. The cw failed to prove their case against KR because JO was not hit by a car.

The defense wouldn't be allowed to just "get" that information. The CW.. they could, but they would have to share that with the defense. Sometimes you don't ask the questions if you don't know the answer IMO.One remaining question is why Brennan and/or the defense didn't investigate exactly when Officer Devers left the Canton Police station?
I don't think most officers punch in and out to work but video footage of her actually leaving could be found since evidence from the station shows even when doors are opened and closed in the interior and upon entering and exiting.
There's also parking lot footage that could have been available.
imo
No, not at all, my opinionBy the Alberts?
His gratitude and appreciation was so eloquently stated.Pure Class.
And when we let social media influence trials by putting pressure on jurors to not convict the newly famous/infamous. ALL just my opinionHighly agree with everything you said.. something is wrong when we ignore* damning digital and physical evidence
TB had been in that courtroom and all his followers were outside everyday of the trial, social media strikes again. ALL just my opinion.
The phone and car data show they were in the same area… because she dropped him off. That was never in dispute. What is in dispute is whether he was struck by her car, and for that, no, the data doesn’t prove anything close to guilt. No accident reconstruction evidence. No injuries consistent with being hit by a car. No blood, no glass transfer, no damage to her vehicle consistent with any stroke. So unless your “proof” is vibes and speculation, the evidence just doesn’t support the CW’s theory. I’m very thankful we had 12 reasonable jurors who saw that. MOO.The phone and car data proved it, as well as the actions and words of KR. ALL just my opinion.
I'd say because it either didn't exist or if it did it was unfavourable so it was lost/accidentally deleted. Brennan would have entered supporting evidence if he had it.One remaining question is why Brennan and/or the defense didn't investigate exactly when Officer Devers left the Canton Police station?

Are you accusing the jurors of viewing social media? And when we let social media influence trials by putting pressure on jurors to not convict the newly famous/infamous. ALL just my opinion

so her backing up 34 feet should be ignored? If Richard green’s shoddy affidavit never existed..this movement would’ve never taken off..The phone and car data show they were in the same area… because she dropped him off. Also, ETA re: phone data… John’s phone temp didn’t change at all from 1:36 to 6:06 am. It stayed at 50 degrees for hours in a blizzard? Doubtful, IMO
I read he was there yesterday, too. Tully was outside the courthouse yesterday.YEa, what on earth was that about. Why did he do that??

Maybe hoping to catch an interview? Why would they be there? CW police witnesses in a case where their testimony was clearly rejected by the jury?I read he was there yesterday, too. Tully was outside the courthouse yesterday.
