The cw failed to prove their case against KR because JO was not hit by a car.
The phone and car data proved it, as well as the actions and words of KR. ALL just my opinion.

One remaining question is why Brennan and/or the defense didn't investigate exactly when Officer Devers left the Canton Police station?
I don't think most officers punch in and out to work but video footage of her actually leaving could be found since evidence from the station shows even when doors are opened and closed in the interior and upon entering and exiting.
There's also parking lot footage that could have been available.
imo
The defense wouldn't be allowed to just "get" that information. The CW.. they could, but they would have to share that with the defense. Sometimes you don't ask the questions if you don't know the answer IMO.

Highly agree with everything you said.. something is wrong when we ignore* damning digital and physical evidence
And when we let social media influence trials by putting pressure on jurors to not convict the newly famous/infamous. ALL just my opinion

TB had been in that courtroom and all his followers were outside everyday of the trial, social media strikes again. ALL just my opinion.

Love the national attention TB brought to her case and also information he provided. He was immensely helpful. JMOO

The phone and car data show they were in the same area… because she dropped him off. That was never in dispute. What is in dispute is whether he was struck by her car, and for that, no, the data doesn’t prove anything close to guilt. No accident reconstruction evidence. No injuries consistent with being hit by a car. No blood, no glass transfer, no damage to her vehicle consistent with any stroke. So unless your “proof” is vibes and speculation, the evidence just doesn’t support the CW’s theory. I’m very thankful we had 12 reasonable jurors who saw that. MOO.

Also, ETA re: phone data… John’s phone temp didn’t change at all from 1:36 to 6:06 am. It stayed at 50 degrees for hours in a blizzard? Doubtful, IMO

I'd say because it either didn't exist or if it did it was unfavourable so it was lost/accidentally deleted. Brennan would have entered supporting evidence if he had it.

Are you accusing the jurors of viewing social media?

That's an opinion because there's ZERO evidence that jurors were pressured by people on social media. ZERO. Just because it's an opinion doesn't mean it can be outlandish and not based in reality. That's like me saying "the sky is green ALL MY OPINION"

The lack of damage to the car and to JO proved he wasn't hit by a car. Thus the Not Guilty verdict.

<modsnip - quoted post was removed (just one snarky word and nothing more)>

Nothing was proven BARD or otherwise by the phone and car data. Not conclusive and when considered within the totality of evidence ie the medical, scientific and physical evidence, irrelevant.moo

so her backing up 34 feet should be ignored? If Richard green’s shoddy affidavit never existed..this movement would’ve never taken off..

My opinion only. The charge of 2nd Degree Murder should never have been charged. I've never though KR intentionally hit JO, but she did in an angry, drunken tantrum with a 4,000 lb vehicle. She knew she did but was very drunk and in denial, wishing it away, until she couldn't anymore. Her actions, words, lies before the search began and then at the scene back that up. The data at trial confirmed it. ALL just my opinion.

YEa, what on earth was that about. Why did he do that??
I read he was there yesterday, too. Tully was outside the courthouse yesterday.

Maybe hoping to catch an interview? Why would they be there? CW police witnesses in a case where their testimony was clearly rejected by the jury?
