One remaining question is why Brennan and/or the defense didn't investigate exactly when Officer Devers left the Canton Police station?
I don't think most officers punch in and out to work but video footage of her actually leaving could be found since evidence from the station shows even when doors are opened and closed in the interior and upon entering and exiting.
There's also parking lot footage that could have been available.
imo

I think because the video surveillance had been erased. Remember that unless it was asked to be saved, it was recorded over. The video that was saved was not turned over to the defense, just a copy of that video was. Some of the video was found in December when Proctor was fired. He had possession of all of the video that was turned in IIUC

Oh to have HAD that vid. because I was thinking as well, what, no vid of her parked car at least in the time she said her shift was over and asked, why is your car there.. never mind, ghost car. That vid would of all been great to show her with that face. IMO

TB had been in that courtroom and all his followers were outside everyday of the trial, social media strikes again. ALL just my opinion.

It is not just his followers outside the courtroom. People from all over were there because of all of the media attention in the case. Because all of the evidence that has been presented, they were there to support Karen. The jurors were not taken through the crowds. They have been hidden from the public's eye for good reason. The crowd was quite because Karen asked them to be. That is why they held up "I Love You" in sign language rather than loudly telling her when she arrived in the mornings. The jury would have zero reason to be intimidated by that crowd. From the first trial, the jury WAS intimidated by the crowd sitting in the courtroom - not on the defense side.

You may have your opinion; but I my honest opinion, it is highly demeaning to say that 2 juries only voted to acquit her on murder because of social media and followers.

so her backing up 34 feet should be ignored? If Richard green’s shoddy affidavit never existed..this movement would’ve never taken off..

Backing up does not equate to hitting him at all! The timeline shows she connected at 12:36 at least 6 minutes from 34 Fairview. That tells us all we need to know about backing up. John's body and the type of damage to her Lexus tell us even more.

Right, witless jurors after all that time, afraid of all the citizens who came to show support of a woman on the stand again, due to blatant corruption, that was found out and def more to be found out. Intelligent jurors obviously. People should listen to what a juror has to say, not condemn on personal projections IMO

Hos long until we hear from the jury?

It’ll be interesting if they speak out. Maybe anonymously? I’d be concerned if I were one only because there was at least one arrest of an individual trying to get pictures of them coming in and out of court during deliberations.

ETA and the person arrested had been making threats to FKR ppl for context

Yep! Great interview! He understood EBARD well. They noted that the tail light damage was NOT as extensive before the car was taken into CPD custody! And when asked about conspiracy, he was spot on: he had no opinions on the ‘conspiracy’, and didn’t need to form any. They were laser focused on the CW’s burden of proof. He commented on the poor police investigation as well. Fantastic jury, great outcome.

Good points! You can't take timely pictures of something that doesn't exist!!! No pics was a great strategy for someone, of course, because if you are planting evidence on an ongoing basis, you don't want the scene at any time to be photographed, when later pics might tend to show something very contradictory from what was snapped earlier.

EVERYONE who saw the car after the alleged collision but before Proctor took possession of the car all say the same thing about the tail light: it was NOT damaged like the cw claims, not even close. (So where did those pieces on the lawn come from? Magic? More importantly, without any of that actually being real, then all we have is a dead JOK on the lawn, and someone needs to investigate where he really died and how.) Juror 4 was blunt about it in the interview: he doesn't think Karen even hit JOK with her car because video in the trial showed Karen's taillight was working just fine after the alleged collision! The jurors SAW VIDEO that proved the cw's claims were total BS.

JOK was not hit by a vehicle. And all the medical and science people said the same thing. That's not what a person looks like after a car=pedestrian accident. KR didn't hit him. No one else did either.

BOTTOM LINE: Anyone who still says the actual evidence about the car damage supports the cw's accusations is lying to you (or themself) and in extreme denial.
Clearly there was planting of evidence in this case.

Why has no one been charged? Is it not a crime?

Jason doesn't appear to be intimidated by anyone 🤔
Go figure.
This is also my spirit juror, the one who always looked like he just rolled out of bed per Sue O'C.
Good job, Jason!
IMO.
"There were a lot of holes in the investigation." Yes, Jason, yes there were. So glad he's speaking out. And yup, he's my spirit juror as well! Maybe mornings aren't his thing 😄

And this is what the people who like to use the shards as a definitive that she hit will ignore. It's on video stills as well as being seen by another trooper as mostly intact and not completely destroyed. Blows my mind people ignore that evidence and testimony and what it could potentially mean to shout that she's guilty.

I've always thought he wasn't hit by a car and two weeks after the first trial, I was on a bike ride and had someone turn left in front of me. I was doing 16-17 mph when I hit the side of the car and while I had no external bruising, I have a lacerated kidney and internal bruising and swelling. The idea that a 6000lb SUV his his hand or arm and there was no broken bones just doesn't jive. People break arms by falling and hands by punching things but that doesn't happen after supposedly being hit by a 6k lb SUV?

If I recall correctly, The prosecution suggested she went FORWARD like 34-36? Feet then went in reverse 50+ ft plus the 34-36ft for a total reverse of around 84+ ft. All in the 10 second window and no idea if further after. Couldn't have happened. IMO.

This is one intelligent juror. He's standing up against interviewer suggesting to him that the jury needed to believe in a conspiracy in order to acquit. He's educating the interviewer about how they only considered the facts and evidence they were presented with in court. Impressive. Jmo
I am just starting to watch! He just said, he doesn't know what happened and he could only go by what was presented to him in the trial... he is great!

I think a lot of people forget what wasn't presented in this trial.

The videos of her car.. tail light shouldn't have been lit up red, after the alleged collision! yay for smart jurors!

Still listening lol

What a great interview and great answers even when he was pushed to give more! He said they had a job to do and they had to be able to back up their decisions.

From the very beginning, the “47” shards or whatever made absolutely zero sense. No PhD needed to know that backing into a body would not shatter a light fixture bolted into a car. Had to be staged. Usually the problem when someone tries to stage something. Most staging stands out like a sore thumb. This one was particularly absurd.

Hope it is okay to share this link... Jackson was on... if you go back to the beginning of the live... it starts about 5 or 6 minutes in.

I have just started to listen... one thing he brought up, he has never seen where 100% of objections are sustained.. but it happened here.. lol

Statement from Massachusetts State Police

“The events of the last three years have challenged our Department to thoroughly review our actions and take concrete steps to deliver advanced investigative training, ensure appropriate oversight, and enhance accountability. Under my direction as Colonel, the State Police has, and will continue to, improve in these regards. Our focus remains on delivering excellent police services that reflect the value of professionalism and maintain public trust.”

Albert and McCabe motley crew stranded on a limb with their post-trial wild accusations. Even the Massachusetts State Police acknowledges that the evidence was fubar with inadequate oversight.

And Proctor said last night.. he wouldn't change a thing in the investigation.
