Very good find! This looks like it's from Trial 1. I don't think it was brought up in Trial 2 actually (about the light being broken upon removal)?

You’re right. I just found the date on YouTube, and it says May 2024.

I honestly thought it was this May. It took me a while to find his testimony, and when i saw May in the list of search results i said to myself that’s it! I didn’t realize the first trial took place during the same months.

Wonder why they didn’t use this in trial 2?? It kind of blows the whole tail light issue out the water.

So far these jurors were really thoughtful, which coincides with what reporters inside the courtroom witnessed.

And alessi & Yannetti reported the same in their interview with the Canadian atty. they said they’ve been before soooooo many juries and never have they seen a more attentive focused jury. Then yanetti laughed and said “AND poker faced!” He said you never knew what they were thinking.

Hats off to the jury for taking their job seriously.

I do remember that part, but that specifically was about how Yanetti navigated the evidence rules and how they argued they shouldn’t be forced to call him, thus allowing Brennan to essentially make his closing via cross.

But when directly asked about why they made the decision to not call Proctor, one of them (sorry I can’t remember) said they can’t discuss that.

I hope it’s because they have some surprises for antidetective Proctor in the future!

I hope that other law tubers that speak to them will ask more about Bev. I know they touched on some things that included her strange decisions but they didn’t really go after her like AJ did. They DID go after Brennan but not right off the bat, but you could see the look on David’s face as Bob started talking and then when Bob got going it really came out. They were so disgusted by the hoodie drama.

Edit: I’m just starting to listen to Duty Ron and Ed Wallace and David is planning to go on their show as well.

AJ will probably never try another case in Suffolk County. But DY is likely to return. No matter how much it's warranted, It's probably not wise to criticize a sitting judge when you may have to stand in front of them or one of their colleagues in the future.

I think AJ is more free to comment on the judge not living and working in the Boston area. In the interview last night clearly Bev was off topic and nothing really said. I was also a bit amazed at the almost total lack of mention of AJ. I have always considered him the leader but I think Yanetti was really the leader. AJ's name seldom came up. I found it odd.

I believe David said very briefly that he and Bob worked on a case once before, deep into the chat (maybe a half hour before the end?). I liked it so much that he said he and Bob hit it off so much Bob is one of his best friends now. And you can tell, they get along so well.

I didn't know before that Mr. Wolpe (sp?) their tech guy that put the pics, slides etc. up on the screen was also an intern.
