I think AJ is more free to comment on the judge not living and working in the Boston area. In the interview last night clearly Bev was off topic and nothing really said. I was also a bit amazed at the almost total lack of mention of AJ. I have always considered him the leader but I think Yanetti was really the leader. AJ's name seldom came up. I found it odd.
Yes AJ was highly affirmed by DY toward the beginning. I will try to find the timepoint and post it.

ETA: At the 47:45 mark where they start talking about the entire team dynamics. DY speaks about Liza Little as the unsung hero, a brilliant attorney and writer, and Alan Jackson is considered a phenomenal trial lawyer, strengths that very few attorneys have.

Yes, not very much time devoted to AJ, but in fairness, AJ didn't mention any of the other attorneys in his interview with Howie Carr either. I think they are all just caught up in the moment of exhilaration of winning and mostly want to talk about the trial. I think they'll all still processing the trial. It's fun to watch!

I believe David said very briefly that he and Bob worked on a case once before, deep into the chat (maybe a half hour before the end?). I liked it so much that he said he and Bob hit it off so much Bob is one of his best friends now. And you can tell, they get along so well.

I didn't know before that Mr. Wolpe (sp?) their tech guy that put the pics, slides etc. up on the screen was also an intern.
I'm just starting to watch it. Thanks!

I didn’t find it odd because these two have a very obvious bromance. And I agree with you about AJ being free to speak. It was Alessi who did most of the talking about Brennan but the look on David’s face said a lot. I expect Brennan will still be working in the area but I wonder about the judge since it was rumoured that she was supposed to move to the civil side of things but wanted to stick around for this trial.

So, so far post verdict, we’ve heard from Jackson, the mcalberts, Karen’s dad and brother, yanetti and alessi, and 2 jurors. Did i miss anyone? I’d love to hear from more jurors
Funny that Kerry R and Higgins have been silent. She spoke after her testimony which was pathetic but both of them are smart not to keep talking.

What do you mean you got to see Chloe yesterday? I have wondered what happened to her. Literally.

It was the KR fan who wore a dog mask everyday. It wasn’t a paper mask, it was a realistic one that slipped over the head. She had a sign saying she bit him 3x.

Maybe in general professional terms they knew of each other but I got the impression this major friendship happened during the trial.

Yes it did. They said the interpersonal connection between the team connected them further and they consider each other as lifelong friends and family now. Paraphrasing but it was expressed throughout.

I missed when David lifted Bob up off the ground after the verdict. He said he was so excited and it just took him over. He also said he couldn’t believe he started crying and that has never happened before. He sounded like he was a little embarrassed about it.

I would like to never hear from KR again unless it is to answer for her lying to Grand Jury. IMO JM and KR were the two most instrumental in helping the cw charge KR with killing JO. They both should have to answer for that! JMOO

My 2 favorites.

Peter used to drive me nuts with his centrism over the KR case. One day I finally commented encouraging him saying he wouldn't lose followers by picking the side of justice, science, and medicine. He liked my comment and I noticed he stopped standing up for the prosecution shortly after. Maybe I impacted his ability to tell his audience his real opinion! I hope I did.

I think it is crazy that she will have to defend herself again. She has the truth on her side; and this time, she can say the words FBI and DOJ. She can turn this on it's head. I wonder if there is any way she could countersue them for the cost to defend herself in this civil case - the trial proved that John was not hit by a car. I know - fantasy thinking...
Countersue for legal fees. Someone said that "her insurance would pay 50k and they'll go away" If true, because she has lost everything, where else would they get it? Future earnings maybe. If insurance is involved, I wonder who will represent her.

Paula was the best juror interview I have heard. Boy she hit the highlights and I learned so much from her. She was thinking so much like many of us here. This is a must watch if you have not seen it..take 30 minutes it is worth it.

I must have missed that. What did she call Bukhenik?

What made you feel kind of sorry for her?
Question 1: Oh man you will have to Google that or PM me LOL we can't say here.
Question 2: I think some people feel a bit sorry for her simply because she didn't seem directly involved yet has received all the ramifications due to her family's actions. I have zero idea how involved she is.
None of the jurors so far have even mentioned the digital evidence, which is kind of surprising to me.
That's because almost none of it was interesting or relevant honestly. IMO

According to the interview, Alessi age 67. Yanetti age 62. Unbelievable.

I believe it's 3 jurors: the foreman, #11 (Paula), #4 (Jeff)
I believe it’s up to 5 now! The 3 you said and:

Juror 12

Juror with 5 notebooks (an alternate) - linking a Reddit post with the article copied, sorry if that’s not allowed. It’s from a truly awful Court TV commentator so I don’t want to link his website. I think he has since deleted the post for some reason.

Juror 12 was very interesting. She seemed the most guilty/disliked KR but speaks very candidly about how lacking the case was.

They did say when there were topics they were not able to discuss legally, ever, it sounds. Annoyingly. IMO
Hoping they have some insight that the Fed investigation is not over.

The FBI initiated a federal investigation into law enforcement after O’Keefe’s death, but special prosecutor Hank Brennen announced in court during Read’s second trial that it was closed without any charges being filed.

Defense attorney Alan Jackson, however, said in an interview Thursday with a local radio program, the Howie Carr Show, he still has questions about that investigation.

“I’ve never heard of an investigative agency announcing to the target that the investigation is closed. That has never happened,” he told Carr. “So, I still have questions about that.”

Jackson said he thinks there is “plenty of evidence for them to investigate, and I think they should.”

Good comments. Poor Nicole - being married to that moron might send anyone into a depression. I cannot begin to imagine. JMO
Agree! Not all, but some of these women look like they have lived a hard life

I think Higgins and BA dragged John's body out to the front of the lawn sometime around the 3am mark. After Lucky did his rounds. I believe Higgins was talking to BA when he was at the Sallyport making the plan. The 2:45 butt dials were not but dials. It was come ever.

I NEVER would've guessed they're in their 60s!! They're aging like fine wine!

Although Kerry was part of the statement put out by the Alberts and McCabe's right after the trial. Higgins has all but vanished OTOH. Maybe he's in jail. LOL.
MOO
