I didn’t pay a lot of attention but considering Kearney and Bederow have been acting like it was a certainty that it would get thrown out, I would say bad. They are saying otherwise but it’s got to be disappointing. Kearney has also mentioned that in spite of the fact his attorneys have been paid and he’s buying a house, he plans to have a couple of fundraisers for his legal bills.

I started watching Accused but it's really bad acting and once you've seen the trials yourself, the dramatic effects of the movie are so ridiculous.

Fundraiser to buy a house???

He posted a fundraiser on Twitter yesterday and it doesn’t look legal. He keeps doing fundraisers and his fans keep donating so good for him, I guess. I just can’t believe people keep giving him money. He is on you tube almost daily and must have a ton of money from that and now to hear he’s buying a house is so suspicious.

Not only that, if you click on freekarenread.org it takes you to his give send go page. I don’t think that’s illegal but it’s crappy.
