@JHall7news

Dr Fuller testified about the Karen Read blood draw and confirmed they found alcohol - 93 milligrams per decimeter which is different from BAC. I'm told that translates to .093, over the legal limit many hours after midnight (blood test was around 9 am)

A former worker at the Mass State Police crime lab is next. Nicholas Roberts was at the lab in Jan 2022. He's going over his credentials to do testing on the blood. He no longer works for MSP.

The jury has now had three witnesses state KR's alcohol level.

Note: KR has never disputed the fact that she was drinking.
See also 40 other witness testimonies who confirmed the same.

Good grief, Lally ! Show this jury some proof that KR is guilty as claimed of hitting JOK with her vehicle.

I wonder, what if any...would Higgins alcohol level be at the mathematical resulting /retrograde calculation blah blah blah
if he was tested at 9 am on the 29th? He was driving a jeep with a plow attached near the same time as KR was driving.
Just curious.
:cool:
