Bukhenik seems at ease on he witness stand. His elbow is leaning on the side of the box. He directly addresses the jury and expounds on his answers. Says he has been part of 500 death investigations.

That was a bad call by the judge. This trooper <modsnip> is not a doctor to diagnose JO's injury. Obviously coached in answering about abrasions. jmo

And the defense has laid the groundwork that all investigative roads lead to Proctor Trooper.

Which is why they probably figure they only need 4 days to put on her defense.

The defense only needs 4 days bc imo prosecution has already presented much of defendants case, some through defense cross examination but most through the P’s witnesses testimony. The investigation alone lets Karen walk free imo.
The case should have never been brought to trial.

I glanced at this and noticed the 'bagels' typo and then my brain thought 'wetness' might also be a typo instead of 'witness' but it was, in fact, the right word.

My brain then flashed back to a David Letterman Top Ten List of Clarence Thomas' video rentals and one was 'Wetness for the Prosecution'.

The jury has seen photos of the clothing that O'Keefe wore his last night out with Karen Read...now this detective is showing it to them after cutting into taped evidence bags. O'Keefe's sister in law is crying as this process unfolds.
