@TedDanielnews

ADA Lally shows KR backing out JO's driveway at 5am on the morning of the 29th. This is how the defense says Read cracked her right taillight

he was in his jeans but it was explained vomit was on his underware. don't know how that could happen.jmo
I don't know if it was said where on his boxers? I thought maybe as when the EMT's were undressing /cutting off the clothing, some got on the boxers if all down the front of him or even how much was on him.

the witness just took his clothing out of the evidence bag and judge allowed him to leave the boxers inside of it, pants seemed ok.

I think the wounds on John's right arm were caused by the broken glass. He fell on it and either got dragged a bit or crawled on it.
I've seen dog bites that look like that when the dogs' teeth scrape across the skin instead of penetrating.
google 'dog bites on arm' and see a lot of similar pics too

You vomit somewhere you REALLY don't want it landing, so you throw up down your shirt.
More than a few paratroopers have gotten airsick and landed with vomit down their shirt into their pants.

I would be really interested in hearing if any vomit was found in KRs car. That would be a plausible scenario for the prosecution. JO threw up while in the car, KR gets angry and kicks him out at the party and accidentally hits him with a drunk 3-point turn around.

I wish that was addressed. I thought I saw a large dark stain on the toppish area of his jeans on one leg. The State forensic woman was too vague on the clothing for my liking. No one has asked if the holes are dog claws or teeth, but I suppose they cannot as no proof. Oh if we could GET IN THERE ourselves, lawlessly.

@JHall7news

A ring cam at O'Keefe's home captures Read backing her Lexus out at about 5 am on Jan 29. It appears the right rear of her car gets very close to O'Keefe's car parked in the driveway. The detective testifies he saw no damage to O'Keefe's car and no plastic pieces on the ground.

Not on the outside of the pants if the shirt is tucked in. I'm not saying that's what happened, but drunk BF puking down his shirt while in GFs nice car is pretty believable.
But, given everything else, contamination from the clothes being tossed into one pile is more likely.

So he could have been bent over getting sick when he was hit.
I always assumed OJO had gotten sick because of trauma to the head. I didn't realize he could have thrown up alcohol before the trauma.

I wonder if the vomit in the underwear simply means he puked on himself and it was a mess.

One thing I’m noticing is JO’s shirt is pretty fitted on him. It doesn’t look like a thick bulky type sweatshirt.

@cathyrusson

This video shows #KarenRead's taillight broken. She is leaving at 5am to look for John O'Keefe. Just before this she was backing up and looked to come very close to John's parked car. Defense says she hit it and that's how her taillight was broken. State/witness says there was no damage to John's car and in this video, you can see no pieces of red taillight on the ground. What will the jury think?
