I don’t know enough about his injuries - I am not going to speculate when I can’t even see the autopsy report
I asked you specifically about the arm injuries. You didn't see them shown in court? You didn't see the punctures in his sweatshirt? You can always Google them if you are at all interested in learning that Karen Read didn't hit JO with her car.

You claimed the judge was biased and favored the prosecution.

Um, exactly. That's how you get can get an appeal when a defendant is found Guilty. By being unfair to the defendant and overtly favoring the defense. Still don't get what you are trying to say. You do understand that Not Guilty is not appealable? Double jeopardy and all that.

Show me the report …
I don't believe lally has called the ME and revealed the report. All I can remember is her saying that he didn't get his injuries in a fight.

I'm actually starting to wonder if getting a guilty verdict against KR is no longer the main priority of the Norfolk County DA's office, and the longer Karen Read is indicted on these charges, the longer they have no obligation to investigate anyone else or let the case go cold.

I think this is exactly what's going on. Lally knows he's not going to win this and he's known it since the case was first assigned to him. I've posted this before, but the Norfolk County DA got involved last summer in vouching for the crap investigation and insisting Michael Proctor was not conflicted or knew any of the parties in the house, let alone was good friends with them. And he basically said Read was guilty. Totally unethical and unprecedented. He's the one who wants this rammed through and over with so he can move on to whatever it is does and let this be forgotten. Not gonna happen, Mike.

Obviously, I think she will be found guilty.
I have great faith in common sense and jurors seeing through the smoke & mirrors when all is said & done.

I have had inaccuracies with LIfe360 as well. But not like was described in this case. Not even close. I think the jury will be convinced that what is reported by the Life360 data to describe Ali McCabe's movements is 100% accurate.

It just defies all logic that ALL of these phone records would be inaccurate. Especially in combination with all of the deleted calls and texts and all of the butt and s---e---x dials.

IMO MOO

We used Life360 for our family as well for 10 years. Never, never would it have said that someone was driving all over when they were home in bed. Just sayin’. Sometimes it showed 1/2 block off for a few minutes when we landed somewhere.

Saying that everyone has testified to something that wasn’t part of original witness testimony makes that testimony super sus to me! Especially because it is clear that at the moment should have been a more clear memory than a year later. Just sayin

You're blatantly ignoring evidence here, or should I say lack of.. I think it's great to have different opinions but at least make them informed.

Smoke and mirrors? Wasn't it the state that actually entered into evidence, a mirrored version of a video, which I believe was meant to mislead and trick the jury?

Ha! Yes, quite literally "mirrored." Good call.

I think you only think that because you haven't watched much, if any, of the trial. The jury on the other hand has suffered through 21 days of this travesty already and will likely deliberate only long enough to get their free lunch.

It is puzzling to me why an ME would make a statement on how he didn't die. I've never seen that before.JMO

Remember when it took until like day 16 for there to be testimony that there was even a murder victim?

It’s not available-

I was specifically talking about the photos of his arm and shirt shown in court and available on the web.

You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. And you still haven't looked at them?
