A man with dementia has been missing from Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus, since 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and may have made his way to Boston.
Ricardo Gamez, 65, is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall. He has gray hair and is wearing a gray and black sweater with gray sleeves and khaki pants. He lives at a residential health care facility at 19 Varnum St.
Gamez is believed to have made his way to the Gallagher Terminal and boarded a 10:15 a.m. train to North Station in Boston. MBTA officials are on the lookout for him.
