"Cintron, already serving a life sentence for murdering an elderly Holyoke woman, was arraigned Monday in Brockton Superior Court in another killing: the slaying of a 65-year-old widow in Brockton more than two decades ago.

Cintron, indicted earlier this year by a Plymouth County grand jury, is accused in the June 8, 1983, slaying of Rita McNeil of Brockton after DNA analysis of evidence tied him to the death, authorities said."
