I am very interested to read all your views.
I personally feel the 'interview' was a PR stunt that has backfired. All it has done is raise further debate as to the childcare arrangements the McCanns chose that evening and their justification of the same. My feelings on this are - how can you compare domestic life to that of a holiday resort, how many homes have unknown tourists, unknown staff and the suchlike wandering around the "back garden"?
I was also querying why the McCanns bought in a team of lawyers so early on, this is the organisation they have hired:-

I personally think that there were discrepencies in their original reporting of the incident, but I think the discrepencies might be more to do with them trying to cover up the idiotic childcare arrangements they chose that evening
but maybe they weren't comfortable with the line of questioning by the police?
Madeleine was the eldest child in the party that were left on their own whilst the parents dined out. Nothing has been heard from the other families, I think they are lying low (under the guise that anything they say could prejudice the outcome of the case-Potugese Law?) personally I feel its probably more to do with they dont want to get slaughtered for their childcare provision. I am trying to find out if any of the other children were in ground floor apartments like Madeleine.
